This role owns end-to-end program management for the implementation of Last Mile Branch Sortation Containerization—transitioning manual sort and dispatch processes into technology-driven workflows that improve package accountability, cost efficiency, and driver experience. You will partner with Technology, Under the Roof (UtR) field teams, Quality, and Last Mile Operations to deliver workflow enhancements, real-time process interventions, and scalable solutions. This is a highly independent role requiring intensive collaboration with both internal and client stakeholders and senior managers. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 1. Manage and respond to requests for information from client security team. Coordinate with applicable stakeholders across the enterprise to collate, analyze, and present results. 2. Acts as a liaison officer between Securitas leadership and client security leadership. 3. Coordinate Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews with Integrators, Consultants, and Suppliers for the data center security program teams. 4.
