• Primary contact for Plan Sponsors and Financial Advisors as it relates to 3(16) • Work directly with Retirement Plan Consultants to make sure 3(16) requirements are met • Creation of 3(16) annual letter – ensuring all 3(16) services were completed • Authorized signer for distributions and loans as required • Actively manage projects and tasks in PensionPro workflow system • Monitor/track upcoming eligibility calculations, fund change notices, annual notice distribution, and other items to ensure deadlines are meet • Distribute newly eligible materials and required notices • Oversee Payroll Submission, Payroll Monitoring and Loan Monitoring • Upload year end annual census • Represent the company on 3(16) client calls and meetings • Share pertinent industry knowledge with 3(16) Administrators and other staff

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 2 years or more experience in retirement industry required
  • Direct client contact required
  • 3(16) fiduciary services preferred
  • Experience in a workflow system such as PensionPro, Pension Pal or similar preferred
  • Intermediate MS skills to include Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; ability to navigate web-based programs
