• Build, lead, and mature the Project Management Office within ERP SaaS consulting division. • Establish PMO structures, standards, governance, and best practices for project delivery. • Oversee and support a team of Project Managers and Engagement Managers. • Partner closely with delivery leaders and executive stakeholders to strengthen governance and ensure predictable outcomes. • Drive a unified approach to project planning, risk/issue management, financial tracking, change control, and reporting. • Establish KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics to measure delivery health and project success across the portfolio. • Lead, mentor, and develop Project Managers and Engagement Managers, ensuring clarity of expectations and engagement. • Create a coaching environment that elevates delivery leadership capability across the team. • Improve project predictability, delivery efficiency, and client satisfaction through maturing PMO tools, templates, and standards.

Job Requirements

  • 9+ years of project management leadership within a consulting or technology services organization (higher education preferred but not strictly required).
  • Proven experience building or maturing a PMO, including governance frameworks, methodologies, and delivery standards.
  • Strong background in managing complex ERP/SaaS implementation projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor Project Managers and Engagement Managers across complex portfolios.
  • Experience with portfolio level reporting, KPI development, and operational performance measurement.
  • Familiarity with midsized consulting business dynamics and change management.
  • Experience working in a Private Equity–backed environment is a plus.

Description As a Senior Project Scheduler for Capital Projects, you will apply your technical skills to meet project team and client needs for developing / maintaining project schedules and monitoring project performance.
