Job Requirements
- 7+ years of experience managing large‑scale SAP, data migration, or analytics transformation projects.
- Strong background in data migration, including experience with SAP BW, SAP data ecosystems, and cloud‑based BI platforms such as Power BI.
- Proven ability to manage cross‑functional teams, global stakeholders, and external vendors in a fast‑paced delivery environment.
- Strong understanding of project governance, documentation practices, and structured delivery frameworks.
- Excellent communication, risk management, and stakeholder alignment skills across technical and business groups.
- Ability to work effectively across European time zones, supporting teams located across multiple countries.

Description As a Senior Project Scheduler for Capital Projects, you will apply your technical skills to meet project team and client needs for developing / maintaining project schedules and monitoring project performance. This work will include interfacing directly with project management, client management, engineering, construction, and other key stakeholders for the development of detailed schedules for scopes of work associated with electric capital infrastructure projects. Overview Shermco US is hiring a remote E&C Estimator. Responsibilities - Attend pre-bid meetings and/or tour job sites to confirm requisite take-offs. - Review proposal specifications and drawings to determine estimates for industrial electricalprojects. - New construction and retrofit upgrades. - Prepare project takeoffs, submittals, and proposals. - Request quotes from vendors for equipment and materials. - Responsible for the timely completion of all client-required documents. - Draft scope inclusions, exclusions, and clarifications for estimates. - Identify and meet customers’ needs, expectations, and requirements. - Interact effectively and professionally with all levels of employees, vendors, clients, andothers. - Maintain files of working documents as back-up for estimate figures, including information onpricing from suppliers obtained through direct contact, sales brochures, price lists, softwareuploads, etc. - Support other department personnel as required; may include assisting with estimates inother disciplines. - Perform additional assignments per supervisor’s direction.
