Job Description

Operations and Process Automation Specialist

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning

• Conduct recurring reviews of business processes to identify gaps between documented procedures and Service Titan system execution, escalating findings as needed. • Collaborate with end users to gather feedback and identify opportunities for process and system workflow improvements. • Participate in project intake discussions by gathering requirements, documenting scope, assessing system impact, and coordinating cross‑functional dependencies. • Provide functional user support and guidance related to system workflows, configurations, and daily process usage. • Maintain accurate documentation mapping business processes to system workflows to support audit readiness and operational continuity. • Assist with efficiency improvements by supporting system configuration updates and leveraging native automation capabilities under established standards. • Assess manual business processes to identify automation and standardization opportunities within the systems. • Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Technology, and external partners to support integration between Service Titan and other enterprise platforms, including testing and validation activities.

Job Requirements

  • Approximately 4+ years of experience in business process analysis, improvement, or automation
  • Hands‑on experience supporting Service Titan or comparable field‑service platforms
  • Experience documenting business processes and supporting workflow configurations
  • Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in Excel

Job Purpose and Role We are seeking a results-driven Outbound Sales and Lead Generation Specialist with a strong background in sales prospecting, generating qualified leads and managing the full end-to-end sales process—from prospecting and qualification to pitching and closing deals. The ideal candidate is experienced in the U.S. clinical practice/healthcare industry and is highly skilled in outbound sales, lead generation, and relationship building. Key Responsibilities - Identify, generate, and qualify leads through outbound outreach (calls, emails, messaging, and targeted campaigns). - Sales prospecting and generating qualified leads, schedule appointments or demos, transitioning warm opportunities to the broader sales team when appropriate. - Manage the entire sales cycle independently—outreach, discovery, qualification, product presentation, negotiation, and closing. - Develop targeted prospect lists and execute lead generation strategies tailored to the U.S. clinical practice market. - Build and maintain meaningful relationships to understand prospect needs and position solutions effectively. - Track and update all sales activities, pipelines, and communications accurately in HubSpot. - Meet and exceed KPIs related to lead generation, call activity, pipeline movement, and closed deals. - Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging, improve outreach performance, and increase conversion rates. Qualifications - Strong, proven experience in outbound sales and high-volume lead generation. - Ability to manage end-to-end sales independently—from prospecting and qualification to pitching, negotiation, and closing deals. - Experience in selling to healthcare providers in the U.S. market. - Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily, handling rejection professionally, and maintaining energy and momentum. - Genuine, outgoing presence with a confident phone and video communication style; committed to building trust and long-term relationships. - Highly experienced in speaking with C-Suite Executives - Experience with setting up and working with Sales navigator - Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach in every interaction. - Proficient in HubSpot CRM for prospecting, tracking activities, and pipeline management. - Highly organized, self-driven, and able to operate independently in a metrics-driven environment. - Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and follow-through abilities.
