• Analyze system requirements and develop test cases to validate them; • Plan and develop acceptance, integration, and system tests; • Document the system and detail the specifications; • Assess infrastructure and design stress, load, and maintainability tests for the system; • Automate integration and acceptance tests; • Manage the test environment and ensure execution of automated tests; • Perform manual and exploratory testing; • Promote a quality culture and identify improvements in the development process; • Work closely with developers, Design, and Product teams on product definition (requirements, features, and delivery) and its continuous improvement;

• Establish a project management office and define the full PMO governance model; • Develop and communicate standards, methodologies (agile and/or traditional) and tools to be used for project management; • Monitor execution of the project portfolio, including creating and leading key committees such as risk, change, prioritization, etc.; • Prepare materials and lead executive and management portfolio status meetings, including key KPIs and action plans; • Manage team allocation based on current and upcoming projects; • Ensure effectiveness of the project portfolio quality control process.

• Levantar e detalhar requisitos de integração com negócio e times técnicos • Definir estratégias de integração (APIs, eventos, filas, arquivos, etc.) • Desenhar fluxos ponta a ponta (síncronos e assíncronos) • Definir padrões arquiteturais (event-driven, API-led, saga, entre outros) • Mapear e manter o catálogo de integrações e interfaces • Definir contratos de APIs e eventos (OpenAPI, AsyncAPI, versionamento e compatibilidade) • Estabelecer padrões de integração (idempotência, retries, circuit breaker, etc.) • Definir padrões de segurança (OAuth2, mTLS, JWT, etc.) • Produzir artefatos técnicos (HLD, LLD, ADRs e diagramas) • Conduzir Architecture Reviews e apoiar times na implementação • Atuar junto aos times de Plataforma, Segurança e Engenharia • Criar e evoluir padrões, templates e boas práticas

• Gather and refine data requirements with business stakeholders and technical teams • Design end-to-end data architectures (ingestion, processing, storage and consumption) • Evaluate technical alternatives considering cost, risk, complexity and time-to-market • Build and evolve the Data Map (domains, sources, pipelines and consumers) • Define data modeling standards and taxonomy • Participate in data classification and governance (including LGPD — Brazilian Data Protection Law) • Produce architecture artifacts (HLD, LLD, ADRs and diagrams) • Lead Architecture Review sessions • Work closely and collaboratively with Engineering, Platform, Security, Analytics and Product teams • Support the evolution of data architecture standards and governance

• Develop AI and generative AI applications with LLMs using Python. • Design and implement autonomous agent architectures and AI workflows (LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar). • Build data pipelines and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions for data ingestion, transformation, and intelligent use of data. • Integrate language models and AI services into enterprise applications via APIs and microservices. • Deploy, monitor, and evolve AI solutions in cloud environments, ensuring scalability and performance. • Work with product and engineering teams to turn business challenges into AI-based solutions.

• Develop, implement and enhance solutions on the ServiceNow platform, following development best practices. • Customize functionality using JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, Workflows and Flow Designer. • Create and maintain Service Catalogs, automations and platform feature improvements. • Develop and support integrations between systems using APIs, Web Services and IntegrationHub. • Support testing, technical assessments and continuous platform improvements. • Contribute to the team's technical knowledge base and collaborate on evolving team practices. • Assist with analysis and resolution of incidents and requests, contributing to platform maintenance.
