Job Description

Oracle Cloud ERP Project Manager

Alithya

• Oversee project schedules using Microsoft Project, including milestones for configuration, conversions, integrations, security, and cutover; • Lead Oracle environment strategy across PROD, TEST, and DEV instances to support controlled change management and efficient delivery; • Oversee testing cycles including CRP, SIT, UAT, regression, and parallel testing; ensure defect resolution, traceability, and overall solution readiness; • Act as the primary liaison between clients and Oracle Account Managers to resolve service requests, support adoption of new features (AI, Redwood), and maintain strong stakeholder alignment; • Direct cross‑functional delivery teams, including functional, technical, data, and integration resources, ensuring coordinated execution across time zones; • Manage program financials, including partner spend, effort forecasting, burn rate, variance tracking, and budget adherence; • Maintain scope alignment and delivery governance through proactive RAID management and formal change‑control processes; • Create and manage instance and cutover strategy, drive data conversion efforts, track integration development, and drive hypercare and stabilization activities post go-live.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • Minimum 3 years of Oracle ERP implementation experience;
  • Minimum 5 years of ERP Project Management experience;
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Project and SharePoint;
  • Strong command of Microsoft productivity tools (PowerPoint, Teams, Excel, OneNote);
  • Ability to thrive in iterative, dynamic project environments with evolving client needs;
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior and executive stakeholders.
