• Manage on-the-ground watershed restoration/reconnection projects, including project planning, permitting, implementation oversight, and monitoring. • Perform project-specific administrative duties, including drafting RFPs/RFQs/bid documents, contracting, grant reporting, invoicing, and budget management. • Manage and collaborate with hired consultants/construction contractors on technical design and implementation of projects. • Collaborate with U.S. Forest Service staff, city/agency officials, private landowners, and other key program partners to provide project status updates, navigate inter-departmental logistics, and ensure cohesion between co-occurring projects on the landscape. • Attend Water Resource Inventory Area (WRIA) 9 (Duwamish/Green) and 10 (Puyallup/White) salmon recovery Lead Entity meetings to coordinate with implementation partners and agency staff. • Attend Chehalis Basin Strategy and Lead Entity (WRIAs 22 & 23) meetings as requested. • Execute project and program outreach work with TU Communications staff, including creating content for TU’s social media platforms; drafting blog posts, magazine articles, press releases, and webpages; and attending congressional, press, film, or other media-focused field tours. • Work with local/regional partners and TU staff to fundraise for both program and project support, including identifying potential funding sources, drafting grant proposals, and developing relationships with funders. • Participate in WA TU Council meetings and periodically participate in regional WA TU Chapter meetings or events with grassroots volunteers. • Coordinate with TU staff and TU members to support science-based advocacy for salmon and steelhead conservation, as needed.

• The Project Manager - Microsoft Delivery is responsible for leading, planning, and executing complex Microsoft technology projects across AI Business Solutions • Lead end-to-end delivery of Microsoft implementation projects • Own project planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure across multiple concurrent engagements • Serve as the primary client-facing delivery lead and escalation point • Ensure alignment between business requirements, solution design, and technical execution • Establish and enforce delivery governance, reporting cadence, and quality standards • Lead Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models depending on project needs • Coordinate go-live readiness, cutover planning, and deployment activities

• Manage FORTIFIED Commercial and Multifamily projects, overseeing design review, construction, evaluation, and compliance with FORTIFIED standards. • Perform Property Resilience Assessments, including vulnerability analysis of major building systems, site visits, interviews, and risk identification using climate data projections. • Review architectural and structural drawings for compliance with FORTIFIED and resilience requirements, including wind loads, continuous load paths, and building envelope systems. • Conduct and oversee site surveys and field inspections to verify installation and construction quality for both FORTIFIED and resilience assessment projects. • Evaluate product submittals (windows, doors, walls, flashing, roof assemblies) for approval and compliance with FORTIFIED standards. • Provide recommendations for mitigation and adaptation measures, including cost estimates. • Prepare and submit supporting documentation (drawings, calculations, photos, compliance forms) for FORTIFIED designation and resilience assessments. • Write clear, concise technical reports and communicate findings and recommendations to clients, IBHS, and stakeholders. • Identify and address omissions or errors in installation related to FORTIFIED and resilience standards. • Stay current with evolving standards and best practices in resilience, hazard mitigation, and FORTIFIED requirements. • Deliver outstanding client service through timely responses, proactive solutions, and effective communication. • Manage multiple projects, excelling in both independent work and collaborative team environments. • Travel for projects and professional duties as necessary.
