Affiliate Partner Manager
Hostaway
• Lead and manage affiliate partner programs on a global scale, including acquisition, onboarding, and performance tracking. • Develop partner incentives and marketing programs in collaboration with partners. • Work with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Marketing to streamline workflows, track data, and support promotional activities. • Monitor and report on partner performance, lead quality, and revenue. • Ensure accurate partner payouts, attribution, and a positive partner experience. • Maintain and update all program documentation and partner-facing materials.
Job Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in partnerships, account management, or partner marketing.
- Proven ability to manage complex partner relationships and programs.
- Strong communication, coordination, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office (especially Sheets and Excel), and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, PartnerStack).
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Nice-to-Haves: Experience in the hospitality, SaaS, or marketplace industries.
- Background in referral, affiliate, or influencer marketing.
- Familiarity with process automation and building dashboards/reports, process automation and dashboard/report building.
- Demonstrated success in scaling partner onboarding and enablement processes.
