• Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat • Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware and software issues • Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate teams • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and provide feedback to improve the support process • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system • Provide training to customers on new products and software updates • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve product offerings • Continuously improve technical knowledge and stay up-to-date with new technology and software releases
• Monitor operational processes and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards • Conduct data mining and analysis to maintain high-quality data handling processes • Investigate daily transaction monitoring alerts and report any suspicious activities • Interpret regulations and guidelines from different jurisdictions, particularly Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, US, UK, and EU • Assist in change management reporting and analytics, as well as AML governance • Perform KYC/KYB checks and other background checks as required • Contribute to risk assessments and help identify potential risks • Effectively communicate written and verbal policies and regulations to the organization • Solve problems and provide solutions related to compliance matters • Utilize Microsoft Excel and SQL proficiently • Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment • Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently • Understand customer concerns and provide accurate resolutions on the first call whenever possible • Clearly explain processes, product features, and next steps to customers • Maintain a calm, empathetic, and customer-focused tone at all times • Escalate complex or sensitive issues according to defined guidelines • Conduct approved outbound support calls for follow-ups and customer check-in calls • Represent Raenest positively as the first point of contact for customers • Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM in real time • Handle customer data, transactions, and sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality
• Develop and execute local growth initiatives across the Philippines • Drive customer acquisition campaigns focused on freelancers, creators, remote workers, and global professionals • Identify scalable growth opportunities across online and offline channels. • Help improve activation and retention for users in the Philippine market. • Support the growth of key Raenest products, including: Global Accounts, USD Cards, Stablecoins, International Transfers • Build relationships with: Freelance communities, Creator communities, Startup ecosystems, Universities, Coworking hubs, Tech and Stablecoins communities, Employer, payroll and BPO platforms • Identify strategic partnerships that can drive awareness, trust, and distribution • Support partnership discussions, negotiations, activations, and follow-through • Help grow Raenest’s local community presence online and offline • Organise meetups, webinars, workshops, creator sessions, and ecosystem events • Work with creators, influencers, and community leaders to increase visibility • Help localise Raenest’s messaging and positioning for the Philippine market • Gather customer insights and market feedback to improve campaigns and product experience • Monitor local market trends, competitors, and customer behaviour. • Track campaign performance and partnership outcomes • Share weekly growth updates and actionable market insights • Work closely with internal teams to improve the customer experience for Philippine users
