• Owns the client relationship and is accountable for overall engagement success. • Serves as the senior client advisor on clinical information systems, health IT, and related operations. • Provides long-term leadership across multiple client engagements. • Leads business development efforts and is primarily responsible for closing sales with clients. • Guides thought leadership and facilitates high-impact client meetings. • Oversees specific projects or SOWs while coordinating with multiple Senior Leadership as needed. • Manages day-to-day project delivery, ensuring strong client, project, and team performance. • Builds and maintains trusted partnerships with clients and internal team members. • Develops innovative strategies, tools, and solutions to support both new and existing clients. • Creates proposals, SOWs, and reports; delivers high-quality presentations; and resolves issues through effective planning and problem-solving.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. from an ACPE certified school of pharmacy.
  • Minimum 5+ years of clinical practice post-professional degree experience (including postgraduate training).
  • Minimum 5+ years of pharmacy informatics experience (i.e., build, implementation, maintenance, and optimization).
  • Experience in working with healthcare providers on strategic and operational initiatives, including minimum of 3 years in managing others.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale and/or enterprise health system pharmacy projects, including automation and informatics system platforms.
  • Direct experience with vendor-led pharmacy system implementation, upgrades, and assessments.
  • Certified in at least one Epic medication-use applications (e.g., Beacon (Oncology), Willow Inpatient, Willow Ambulatory, Willow Inventory, Clinical Decision Support, etc.)
  • Active Pharmacist license in any state.
  • Demonstrates strong executive-level communication skills, with the ability to engage C-suite stakeholders and present effectively across all levels of an organization.

Role Description The Director – IT for Platform Automation owns evangelizing, opportunity evaluation, execution and support of Intelligent Automations for the nation’s largest anesthesiology group practice with over 2 million cases annually. They will partner with the IT Solution Managers and their business stakeholders to identify, prioritize and execute new automation opportunities. They will also facilitate the full automation life cycle automation development activities to meet the USAP business objectives. Automations span all business units including Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Finance, HR, Legal and IT. The Director – IT for Platform Automation will also be responsible for monitoring and support of all automations within the ecosystem. They will be responsible for working with our managed service provider on the delivery of business SLAs and outcomes for project deliverables.
