The Executive Assistant at Ping Identity provides high-level administrative support to executives and senior leadership. This role requires a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented professional who can effectively manage multiple priorities, exercise sound judgment and maintain strict confidentiality. This individual plays a critical role in facilitating efficient communication, managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and handling various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operation of the executive office. You Will: - Act as a trusted partner and provide comprehensive administrative support to executives and senior leadership. - Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and handle logistics for internal and external events. - Proactively identify and prioritize time-sensitive matters, ensuring that executives are well-prepared and informed for meetings and appointments. - Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening and directing inquiries, and providing timely and professional responses. - Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards. - Assist in the preparation of materials for board meetings, executive presentations, and strategic initiatives. - Conduct research, gather data, and provide analysis to support decision-making processes. - Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and department heads to facilitate effective communication, information sharing, and coordination of projects. - Anticipate needs and proactively identify opportunities for process improvements, streamlining administrative tasks, and increasing efficiency. You Have: - 5+ years of executive-level administrative support experience, in a fast-paced corporate environment. - Experience supporting C-level executives. - Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines. - Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accuracy while handling multiple tasks. - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels. - Proficiency in using productivity tools, including the Google Suite - Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and handle sensitive information. - Proactive mindset with a problem-solving orientation and the ability to work independently. - Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with a diverse range of individuals. Salary Range: $105,000 - $132,000 In accordance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) the approximate compensation range for this role in Colorado is listed above. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors, such as knowledge, skills, and abilities.
