Commercial Counsel

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of complex commercial agreements, including SaaS, licensing, vendor, and partnership contracts. • Advise sales, business development, and product teams on contract structures, risk allocation, and compliance matters. • Provide legal guidance on go-to-market initiatives and product launches in regulated technology environments. • Support the development and continuous improvement of contract templates, playbooks, and scalable legal processes. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams — including finance, compliance, and operations — to streamline deal execution and mitigate risk. • Stay current on evolving regulations impacting digital assets, financial services, and technology transactions.
Job Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school with active membership in good standing in at least one U.S. state bar.
- 4–7 years of experience in commercial or technology transactions.
- Solid understanding of blockchain technology, digital assets, and evolving Web3 regulatory frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to independently negotiate, draft, and close complex commercial agreements.
- Strong business judgment with a pragmatic approach to balancing legal risk and operational efficiency in a fast-scaling organization.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with global teams across multiple time zones.
