The Opportunity Were hiring a Sales Account Executive to help eCommerce brands scale on Amazons global marketplaces. You'll work with founders, operators, and marketing leaders to diagnose growth challenges and close consulting engagements with one of the leading Amazon growth agencies in the world. Compensation starts at $3,000/month with the opportunity to grow to $7,000–$10,000/month within the first 18 months based on performance. Because many of our clients are based in the United States, candidates must be comfortable occasionally working later hours to accommodate North American time zones. North American expats living abroad are strongly encouraged to apply, though this is not a requirement. Native English speakers are desirable. Our agency focuses on three core areas of growth: - Scaling brands on Amazon in the United States - Expanding brands into international Amazon marketplaces - Supporting emerging growth channels such as TikTok Shops The Role As a Sales Account Executive at AMZ Advisers, youll own the full client journey from first contact to close to long-term retention. Youll work warm, qualified leads, run discovery calls with founders and operators, diagnose growth challenges, build lasting relationships, and serve as the primary point of contact for your client portfolio. Youll be expected to consult, close, nurture, and retain. The ideal candidate combines strong sales instincts, relationship-building ability, and a genuine interest in eCommerce and marketplace growth. Responsibilities Sales & Pipeline - Conduct discovery calls with qualified prospects to understand their business and growth challenges - Present consulting solutions and guide prospects through the decision-making process - Handle common sales objections such as budget concerns, existing agency relationships, and timing - Close consulting engagements and guide clients through onboarding Lead Nurture & Outreach - Consistently follow up with leads via email, text, social media and LinkedIn to maintain momentum through the pipeline. - Distribute and personalize relevant content to prospects based on their stage and growth challenges. - Continuously develop and refine sales pitch messaging based on call insights and market feedback. - Build and manage your outreach sequences to ensure no lead goes cold. Client Relationship Management - Serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for your client portfolio owning issues, escalations, and relationship continuity. - Conduct monthly check-ins with existing clients to assess satisfaction, identify growth opportunities, generate referrals and strengthen retention. - Onboard new clients by facilitating a smooth handoff and ensuring alignment on program expectations and next steps. - Execute cross-sell motions to existing clients, introducing additional programs and services as appropriate. - Document pipeline activity, call notes, and client interactions in CRM; maintain clean records at all stages. What Success Looks Like - Running 5–8 discovery calls per day with qualified prospects - Maintaining a 20–25%+ close rate on qualified opportunities - Consistently advancing opportunities through the CRM pipeline - Building strong relationships with founders and marketing leaders of eCommerce brands Requirements - Proven success selling consulting services, agency services, or high-ticket B2B services - Experience selling into eCommerce brands or consumer product companies preferred - Strong communication and presentation skills - Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously - Familiarity with CRM tools and pipeline management - Experience working with international clients or global businesses  Culture Fit At AMZ Advisers, culture is the foundation of our team.
