Role Description Fexa is seeking a Head of AI Business Operations to lead and quarterback the company’s AI Operations. This is a highly cross-functional, execution-oriented role responsible for identifying the highest-priority automation and AI opportunities across the business, building the programs and frameworks to bring them to life, and ensuring our people are equipped to work in an AI-first way. This is not a purely strategic role. The Head of AI Business Operations will roll up their sleeves on select agent builds, working hands-on alongside contractors and functional teams to get initiatives across the finish line. The majority of building will be driven by those teams and external resources — but this person knows how to build, can credibly engage on technical decisions, and will personally move work forward when it matters. Think of this role as the product manager of Fexa's internal AI operating system. The Head of AI Business Operations will serve as the company's internal expert on all things AI; partnering with functional leaders to scope use cases, coordinating delivery across teams, and ensuring the growing constellation of AI tools and agents weaves together into a coherent operating system. This role is focused on enabling Fexa's business functions: Finance, RevOps, Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and People Ops. This role reports directly to the CFO and works in close partnership with the CEO, Head of Engineering, and Head of People. Qualifications - Demonstrated hands-on experience building AI, automation, or agentic solutions that ship to production. - Proven ability to work consultatively across business and technical teams. - Deep, practical fluency with generative AI and LLMs, including prompt engineering, agent design patterns, and API/MCP integration. - Hands-on experience with workflow orchestration tools (n8n, Zapier, Make, or equivalent) and SaaS API integrations. - Strong cross-functional program management skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Sound judgment on AI governance, data privacy, and responsible AI practices in a B2B environment. Requirements - Familiarity with any part of Fexa’s stack: Sage Intacct, Salesforce, Zendesk, HubSpot, Outreach, Ramp, Google Workspace, Slack. - Experience building or managing an internal AI champions or power-user network. - Exposure to data architecture decisions: API connectors, vector databases, or lightweight data warehousing. - Experience at a B2B SaaS company or PE-backed business where speed and financial discipline are both non-negotiable. Enterprise Account Executive

Role Description As an Enterprise Account Executive you’ll own a geographic territory (example: Atlanta / Southeast or Chicago / Midwest), build a predictable pipeline, and close new enterprise customers. You’ll run complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, work closely with Sales Engineering, Product, Implementation and Customer Success, and be measured on quota attainment and territory growth. Reports to the CRO. Travel ~20%. - Own territory strategy and a named account list. - Prospect, qualify, and create a steady pipeline via outbound, events, partnerships and ABM. - Lead discovery, demos, proposals, negotiations and contracts with execs across operations, finance, IT and procurement. - Build mutual action plans to close complex deals and navigate procurement/legal/security reviews. - Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver customer value and a best-in-class buying experience. - Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene; represent FEXA at industry events. Qualifications - 5–10 years quota-carrying sales experience (enterprise software preferred). - Proven success managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles. - Strong prospecting, executive presence and commercial judgment. - Excellent communicator, organized, and comfortable with a disciplined sales process. - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
