Job Description Location: Remote anywhere in the USA We are looking for a high-impact Solution Sales Professional (SSP) to lead the next frontier of our AI growth: Agentic Automation. The ideal candidate is a "Technical Seller"—someone who possesses the data gravity to architect complex solutions but the executive presence to lead a boardroom workshop. You will be responsible for moving customers from "basic chatbots" to sophisticated, autonomous agentic workflows that bridge the gap between Azure, Dynamics (F&O and CE), and Foundry. Key Responsibilities - Strategic Discovery & Workshops: Lead high-level customer discovery sessions to identify business friction points and translate them into agentic AI opportunities. - Technical Architecture: Design agentic frameworks utilizing MCP (Model Context Protocol) server task lists, RPA, and traditional automation. - Cross-Platform Integration: Work across the Microsoft ecosystem to build "Agent-First" transformations, specifically integrating Azure AI, Dynamics 365 (F&O/CE), and Foundry Data Agents. - Outcome Validation: Deep-dive into technical requirements and business processes to confirm that proposed agentic outcomes are technically viable and ROI-positive. - Pipeline Growth: Drive a target of $5M+ in annual agentic bookings by scaling the "AI Factory" model (AI at scale) for enterprise clients. The Ideal Profile - The Bridge: You can "talk shop" with data engineers and then pivot to "talk value" with a COO or CFO. - Data Background: Strong foundational knowledge in data architecture, analytics, or AI modeling. - Ecosystem Expert: Deep familiarity with the Microsoft stack (Azure/Dynamics). You understand how Dynamics is becoming inherently agentic and how to capitalize on that shift. - Workshop Facilitator: Proven ability to lead white-boarding sessions that move a client from a vague idea to a concrete technical roadmap. Qualifications Technical Qualifications - Experience: 5+ years in Technical Sales, Solution Architecture, or AI Consulting. - Cloud Proficiency: Advanced understanding of Azure AI Services and Data Platforms. - Dynamics Expertise: Hands-on exposure to Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and Customer Engagement (CE). - Emerging Tech: Familiarity with MCP servers, autonomous agents, and Foundry Data Agents. - Automation: Experience with RPA tools and how they intersect with modern LLM-driven agents. Required/Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field AND 5+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR equivalent experience. Additional Information Why Join Hitachi Solutions? - Step into a high-impact role that builds upon a foundation of deep industry expertise. - Leverage your reputation and knowledge to drive innovation and transformation for leading organizations. - Be part of a globally recognized team committed to excellence, collaboration, and growth.
