• Identify strategic sales opportunities and monitor the process to ensure successful deal closures • Conduct regular visits to customers and representatives to build relationships, understand their needs in person, and identify opportunities • Provide hands-on training and guidance to representatives to drive growth in their respective markets using Dynamox solutions • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities • Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and emerging markets • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Product Development, and Sales) to align identified needs for market entry or growth • Connect representatives with appropriate teams across the company, ensuring tasks are effectively distributed and that representatives understand each team's responsibilities • Share market trends, customer feedback, and competitor insights with the product team to guide development and improvements • Contribute to and promote information security and confidential data privacy practices in departmental and company routines.

Job Requirements

  • Strong experience in the industrial sector
  • Experience in commercial/sales roles
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Postgraduate degree and/or MBA in Business, Sales, or related areas preferred
