Role Description We are looking for innovative and dedicated Recruiting Coordinators who will work very collaboratively with our new client to attract and hire top talent throughout multiple regions in the US. - Screen a high volume number of candidates and proactively schedule hiring manager interviews (8-10 each day) - Track and monitor confidential candidate information - Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure ATS and data tracking is up to date - Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process (i.e., interview reminders and logistics, post-hire/pre-start engagement) - Assist recruiters as needed with job requisition maintenance to internal/external sites, screening, reference calls, assessments, or other recruiting tasks - Maintain a high level of customer retention and satisfaction - Constantly assess our candidate experience and identify areas of improvement - Build a relationship with the Talent Acquisition team supporting the client and participate in regularly scheduled calls regarding staffing activity - Perform additional responsibilities as required Qualifications - Minimum of 1 year of experience scheduling and screening a high volume number of applicants - Ability to multi-task in a high-volume, fast paced environment - Ability to work from a home office during standard Monday through Friday business times - Detail oriented and highly organized - Self motivated and passionate about talent acquisition - Strong communication skills both verbal and written - Accustomed to working with varying leadership levels through the Executive Level Requirements - The salary for this position is anticipated to range between $19.00 and $23.00 per hour - Pay is based on qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training and other considerations permitted by law - We consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with applicable law Benefits - Employees and their eligible dependents are offered Medical/Dental/Vision insurance and short term disability - Up to 5 days Paid Time Off per year - More details about our benefits can be found by copying and pasting this URL into your browser: https://flimp.live/TrueBlueAssociates
