Role Description Servexo is seeking an experienced Proposal Manager with proven Government Contracting (GovCon) expertise. This role will lead the full federal proposal lifecycle — from pre-RFP preparation through final submission — ensuring compliance, quality, and on-time delivery. - Lead end-to-end proposal development for federal solicitations (RFPs, RFQs, RFIs) - Develop and manage compliance matrices and gap analysis templates - Maintain and update the Past Performance Library - Build and manage proposal schedules and internal deadlines - Coordinate and facilitate structured Color Team Reviews (Pink, Red, Gold, etc.) - Write, edit, and refine proposal content for clarity, compliance, and persuasiveness - Conduct structured review cycles and incorporate leadership feedback - Ensure all submissions meet FAR and solicitation compliance requirements - Deliver final proposal drafts to leadership for review and approval Qualifications - 3+ years of experience managing federal government proposals - Strong knowledge of FAR and federal acquisition requirements - Proven experience leading color team review processes - Excellent writing, editing, and document management skills - Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced GovCon environment - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven Company Description Servexo is a growing government contractor focused on operational excellence, compliance, and high-quality delivery. The company is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Contracts Manager for its U.S. Headquarters in Lake Oswego, Oregon. The successful candidate should be passionate about technology and thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with sales, legal, finance, and risk departments to negotiate and finalize complex deals efficiently while ensuring compliance. The Contracts Manager will act as the primary support for contract management in sales and marketing, as well as for vendor contracts. This role serves as the first point of contact for reviewing inbound and outbound contracts and is responsible for developing and maintaining contract management procedures, policies, and internal controls. The Contracts Manager will partner with the Senior Legal Counsel to support Milestone’s business units throughout the Americas. We are seeking an individual who is creative, collaborative, and adaptable, capable of growing within the position and providing contracting support across Milestone’s North American business units.
