• Engage with Product Managers to understand and flesh out the product initiatives they are sponsoring • Write detailed Agile stories for the development teams including detailed requirements and acceptance criteria • Engage with UI designers and software architects to ensure our teams understand both what and how they need to implement new features • Ensure our teams have an adequate understanding of company and industry standards and policies and adhere to them in their deliverables. • Lead sprint planning and backlog refinement sessions with the team • Facilitate a daily stand-up call with the team to ensure they stay on track with sprint deliverables • Work to resolve impediments quickly to ensure our teams can maximize their productivity. • Track issues and risks and drive solutions to mitigate them • Maintain a backlog of work and participate in report outs and feedback sessions with stakeholders. • Evaluate execution efficiencies and work with process stakeholders to drive continuous improvements • Collaborate closely with engineering management on the execution of our programs

• Drive Premier market share growth by building and operationalizing programs that attract high-end buyers and sellers • Elevate the Premier experience by helping define and scale service standards for luxury customers • Turn high-end demand into closed business by identifying gaps in how we capture, route, and serve luxury customers • Pilot and scale strategic initiatives including agent enablement, recruiting support programs, and field-facing tools • Partner closely with sales leadership to drive execution in key markets • Shape go-to-market readiness by collaborating with marketing, product, and brokerage leaders • Create operational clarity through playbooks, rollout strategies, and measurement frameworks • Own performance insights by analyzing trends, diagnosing barriers to growth, and refining programs

Preceptor About the position: As an AMOpportunities Preceptor, you will host medical trainees from around the world for an in-person and/or virtual clinical experience. During the experience, you will provide exposure to the U.S. medical system as it relates to your specialty. Preceptors are expected to facilitate a program that may include observation, patient interaction, didactic learning, case presentations, and/or research. Your program will be designed to fit the needs and availability of your clinic and/or hospital. AMOpportunities handles all marketing, application collection, medical trainee support, and administrative work so that you can focus on the most important part, teaching! This is a contracted position; preceptors are paid a stipend upon a medical trainee’s successful completion of their program. Essential Functions: Willing to write a Letter of Recommendation (LoR) based on merit Must be able to host a minimum of 20 hours/week Ensure all observation or hands-on activities involving patients are supervised by the physician, mid-level, or nurse.
