Foster Care Program Director

NATIONAL YOUTH ADVOCATE PROGRAM

Role Description Under the oversight of the Executive Director, the Foster Care Program Director is responsible for the operational success of programs statewide. This position conducts strategic analysis planning to identify and streamline efficiency processes across statewide program operations. It utilizes strategic development programming to respond to local community needs while supporting NYAP’s mission, vision, and values. - Oversee and lead statewide programs. - Evaluate program performance and operational efficiency by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data and metrics. - Identify and implement strategies and establish program standards for quality service, growth and expansion, and employee and team development. - Experience in Florida's foster care system, foster home management, and case management. - Create and present training targeting program sustainability and growth, CQI, and employee and team development. - Responsible for risk identification and management. - Collaborate and align staff with corporate resources. - Liaison with external stakeholders including professional, regulatory, and government agencies. - Lead and support supervisors, program staff, and contractors. - Provide supervision as designated by Executive Director. - Designated appointee for the Executive Director, Program Director, and Program Supervisors in their absence. - Assist in direct services provision as needed. - Submit strategy and operations reports as requested. Qualifications - Master's Degree in Human Services related field or commensurate experience. - Minimum 2 years’ Executive Program Management and leadership experience. - Experience in Florida's foster care system, foster home management, and case management. - Minimum 2 years’ strategic analysis and reporting experience. - Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, automobile insurance (100,000/300,000 bodily injury), and a good driving record. - Proficient use of desktop and laptop computers, smartphones and tablets, printers, fax machines, and photocopiers as well as software including word processing, spreadsheet, and database programs. Requirements - Effectively works within complex structures and with diverse populations. - Flexible and adaptive. - Knowledge of protocol and processes governing state agencies. - Ability to design specific and streamlined processes for complex operations. - Excellent public speaking, engagement, and networking skills. - Excellent analytical, reasoning, and strategy implementation skills. - Excellent leadership and motivation skills. - Excellent oral and written communication skills. - Must be willing to travel regularly statewide, overnight, and to corporate headquarters as requested. Job Requirements

Preceptor About the position: As an AMOpportunities Preceptor, you will host medical trainees from around the world for an in-person and/or virtual clinical experience. During the experience, you will provide exposure to the U.S. medical system as it relates to your specialty.
