As a member of Moov Engineering, you will build new and expand on existing fintech and payment systems that our customers depend on every day. The Engineering group as a whole is the backbone of Moov, continually improving upon and adding new features to make the Moov platform the best in the industry. As a member of the engineering team, you’ll: - Work on next-generation financial products - Offer your expertise and experience to teams of developers and mentor fellow team members. - Design and build production services using Go, Microservices, databases, and cloud solutions. - Create APIs and tooling to support products and services. - Reproduce customer issues with our tools and contribute to them. - Collaborate with fellow engineers, product managers, business development, and company leadership to solve problems and plan for the future. - Own the full release lifecycle from feature development to public and hosted release. - Contribute to documentation of the system. - Have a high level of self-reliance - be able to take a complex set of requirements and run with its development. - Other duties as assigned. Qualifications You have: - Self-guided building and planning of production systems. - Experience with the ACH network, including building NACHA standard files. - Experience integrating to one or both of the real-time payment networks - FedNOW / RTP. - Experience integrating into other Fed platforms - FedWire/FedACH/etc. - Working knowledge of NACHA rules & regulations. - Past engineering experience working in the fintech/payments industry. - A desire to perform and grow as an engineer. - The ability to design seemingly simple and creative solutions to complex problems. - The ability to rapidly diagnose issues and implement immediate solutions in a high availability environment. - A high level of adaptability - Moov’s needs shift rapidly, and a candidate must be able to easily shift gears and answer a wide variety of needs. Bonus points if you also have - Knowledge of one or more ISO specifications related to the fintech/payments industry. - Experience with database manipulation/optimization. - Experience working in a heavily microserviced environment. - Have experience in risk/compliance requirements related to the financial world, with an understanding of how to develop features that align with regulatory requirements. - Knowledge of OSS tools and active participation in the OSS community. Role Description The Sensor Calibration team at Torc plays a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of perception systems across our autonomous vehicle platform. We develop and maintain software tools and algorithms that calibrate and validate multi-modal sensors including cameras, Lidar, and IMUs—both in simulation and on real vehicles. Our work directly supports the safety, performance, and robustness of autonomous driving capabilities. - Design and implement scalable sensor calibration pipelines in Python and C++, leveraging OpenCV, ROS, and linear algebra libraries for real-time and offline calibration. - Develop tools to perform and automate camera intrinsic calibration, Lidar-to-camera, and IMU-to-camera extrinsic calibration. - Apply mathematical rigor using Lie groups, quaternions, and 3D transformations to support accurate calibration and registration. - Build and maintain simulation tools and data pipelines for sensor modeling and calibration validation. - Work closely with perception, simulation, and platform teams to ensure calibration accuracy across hardware configurations and software versions. - Utilize Docker, Bazel, and Git to develop reproducible, containerized calibration workflows integrated into CI/CD pipelines. - Debug sensor alignment issues in vehicle logs and simulation using ROS tools, rviz, and custom visualizers.
