• Coordinate the successful delivery of cloud, CAD, and PLM professional services, ensuring projects are scheduled, staffed, and executed efficiently to meet client expectations. • Serve as a primary point of contact for client, maintaining strong relationships through proactive communication, scheduling, contract reconciliation, contact management, and responsive client support. • Partner with clients and technical consultants to facilitate project engagements, support service adoption, and drive successful outcomes throughout the customer lifecycle. • Contribute to pre-sales activities by participating in customer discussions, gathering requirements, conducting research, and assisting with solution recommendations that align with client needs. • Support Help Desk operations by evaluating, prioritizing, and coordinating customer requests while ensuring inquiries are tracked and resolved through completion. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Professional Services, and Technical Support to deliver an exceptional client experience and ensure operational effectiveness. • Identify opportunities for process improvement, support team development initiatives, and contribute to the optimization of service delivery practices and internal workflows. • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends while supporting technical leadership in improving resource utilization and overall service performance.

• Design Azure-hosted solutions that meet business & technical requirements; Create highly-available scalable, reliable and secure cloud environments, ensuring optimal performance; Acts as the Azure Cloud Champion for the App Development and DevOps teams. • Ensure compliance with industry standards and firm policies; Works with the application architects, DevSecOps and Cyber Team, to review security questionnaires. • Advocates for the Architecture, Development, DevOps, Cybersecurity, DevSecOps, and Agile engineering procedures, quality engineering practices and advanced requirement capturing techniques for improving end-to-end delivery practices; Provide guidance to DevOps & development teams to ensure smooth integration of cloud solutions; Organizes and coordinates infrastructure architecture reviews as needed; Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members; Liaise with vendors and cloud providers to ensure proper delivery of services. • Monitor cloud systems and ensure they meet performance benchmarks and security requirements; Optimize cloud resources and cost through automation and monitoring; Implement disaster recovery strategy, ensure high availability of cloud resources. • Maintain up-to-date technical documentation; Report on cloud service performance and costs trends.

Role Description The Department of Technology Operations needs assistance with supporting deployment and management of the Information Technology Shared Services Cloud initiatives and projects. This position will be used to further develop the Cloud Strategy, work with multiple departments for adoption and support the managed cloud broker. Scope of the project: - Assist with day to day operations and migrations to AWS/Azure Cloud infrastructure as the organization transitions to a managed cloud broker. Daily Duties / Responsibilities: - Perform system administration, automation, and development tasks for the Cloud Management Platform (CMP). - Work with customer personnel to facilitate migrations to the cloud infrastructure. - Maintain continuity of shared services offered across AWS and Azure. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in computer science or information systems. - 8+ years of technical architecture experience and relevant hands-on engineering. - 10 years in infrastructure, systems engineering, DevOps, or architecture. - 8+ years in technical architecture. - 5-7 years in AWS (IAM, Organizations, Networking Architectures, Cost Management controls, etc.). - 3-5 years in Azure (RBAC, Azure AD, Networking Architectures, Cost Management controls, etc.). - 3-7 years in enterprise cloud architecture or governance. - 3-5 years in Terraform and infrastructure as code. - 3-5 years in cloud migrations and platform operations. - 3+ years in technical leadership and knowledge transfer. - Public Cloud infrastructure expertise. Requirements - AWS and/or Azure certifications. - Expertise in Terraform infrastructure as code. - Understanding of scaling technologies and solutions. - Experience with AWS or other clouds. - Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, or other container platforms. - Experience with security, penetration testing, and threat detection tools. - Experience with ServiceNow, Datadog, Dome9, and/or Aviatrix. - Background in DevOps, Software Development, Site Reliability, or Systems Engineering. - Experience with configuration management and continuous deployment.
