• Lead large-scale, cross-functional transformation programs aligned to enterprise strategy and long-term business objectives • Design and lead the cadence of governance meetings to solve problems, remove roadblocks, and enable action and ownership • Drive enterprise-wide profitability initiatives by leading programs that enhance AI-enabled operating efficiencies and business outcomes • Drive revenue growth programs collaborating with sales and partner operations and GTM leadership • Support launching of enterprise storage, hybrid cloud and AI products and solution portfolio offerings through disciplined program planning and execution. • Develop, define, and manage end-to-end program plans, including scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and success metrics • Support execution in a highly matrixed environment across Engineering, Product, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, Support, and Services • Proactively identify risks and interdependencies; develop mitigation plans; and escalate issues as appropriate • Ensure programs are executed efficiently and effectively through clear structure, cadence, accountability and decision-making frameworks • Support executive leadership in setting organizational goals and KPIs and enable measurement and reporting of the KPIs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Finance or associated fields
- 7+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional programs or initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and manage change with executives across functions
- Proven ability to bring alignment, negotiate and influence stakeholders, to drive projects to completion
- Strong organizational and execution skills with attention to detail. Proven experience designing and implementing processes that scale
- Exceptional communications skills
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a high-growth, dynamic environment
- Deep analytic skills, the ability to home in on key data, derive and communicate insights
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and change in fast-paced environments
- MBA from a top-tier school, or experience at a top strategy consulting firm (nice-to-have)
- Experience supporting large scale enterprise transformation, operational improvement, or strategic initiatives (nice-to-have)
- Exposure to hybrid cloud data storage, AI value chain, data platforms, or large-scale technology programs (nice-to-have)

Role Description We are looking for an experienced Unclaimed Property Tax Lead for our client on a project basis. This contract role is fully remote. - Track client requests and submissions and assist with record review for potential unclaimed property - Analyze data to identify potential unclaimed property risks - Research transactions to determine potential unclaimed property exposure - Aid in drafting reports for client and state submission - Work with team to meet client submission timelines Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, or other related fields - CPA license or Advanced degree such as Masters of Tax, JD and/or LLM preferred - 3+ years experience in state and local tax; 1+ years with Unclaimed Property Tax - Qualified applicants must reside in the continental U.S. - Must be legally authorized to work in the United States now and in the future. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
