• Close Warm Inbound Leads • Handle 10+ warm inbound leads daily- all customers have recently requested a quote directly from our company • Respond within 5 minutes (speed-to-lead = your income) • Use a consultative, value-driven approach to educate customers, share pricing, and book appointments • Own your pipeline inside GoHighLevel- tasks, notes, follow-ups, and deal management • Close deals consistently using rapport, discovery, and emotional connection • Execute structured, multi-touch follow-ups to convert undecided leads • Maintain clean, organized CRM hygiene • Stay highly active: calls, texts, emails- whatever gets the close • Keep your pipeline moving daily with urgency and discipline

• Write job ads, source candidates, conduct structured interviews, and coordinate assessments • Ensure smooth onboarding of new hires and support offboarding processes • Maintain accurate employee files, trackers, and shared documents • Support payroll and allowance tracking; assist with timekeeping compliance • Draft and update SOPs, policies, and issue logs • Assist with performance reviews, engagement tracking, and communication initiatives • Provide reports to leadership on recruitment, attrition, and role pipelines • Ensure all HR activity aligns with internal standards and PH labor guidelines • Work with ops and success teams to support hiring, retention, and team performance
