• Define and drive the strategy, innovation, and execution of world-class products that serve ISACA’s membership domains • Collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders at all organizational levels • Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle from identifying market needs to product offerings • Spearhead growth initiatives through customer insights and market analysis • Oversee product expansion, P&L management, and alignment with company goals • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities • Manage marketing messaging and guide sales on product adoption • Gather feedback to improve product experience and conduct user research
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, product management or technology from an accredited university or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience
- 8+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving operational excellence
- Demonstrated success in product management, product development, or product marketing, with a proven track record of delivering impactful products and driving business growth
- Proven experience leading the delivery and development of services, information products, training solutions, web-based platforms, and/or technical or software products, from concept through launch and lifecycle management
- Established track record of managing product P&L, with accountability for revenue growth, cost optimization, and profitability targets
- Familiarity with market research, consumers’ behavior, and marketing techniques
- Proven success supporting sales enablement initiatives and partnering with sales teams during customer engagements to drive successful outcomes.
