• Define and drive the strategy, innovation, and execution of world-class products that serve one of our membership domains (security, risk, audit, governance, privacy). • Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle, from identifying market needs to expanding our product offerings across B2C, B2B, and B2B2C channels. • Spearhead growth initiatives through customer insights, competitive and market analysis, and the development of new go-to-market (GTM) channels and strategic partnerships. • Oversee product expansion, P&L management, and ensure that all product strategies align with and support the company’s overarching goals and long-term vision. • Collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization. • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities in the domain space. • Use data and insights to drive product decisions and ensure that the products meet the needs of diverse global customers. • Participate as a product expert on sales calls with customers. • Attend quarterly business reviews with assigned authorized training partners.
• The Chapter Compliance and Governance Manager is responsible for administering and strengthening ISACA’s global chapter governance and compliance processes. • This role ensures chapters operate in alignment with established policies, standards, and reporting requirements through consistent execution, monitoring, and follow-up. • Lead the execution of global chapter governance and compliance cycles to ensure chapters remain in good standing and aligned with organizational standards. • Work closely with the Operations Specialist to ensure timely, efficient bylaws reviews for chapters. • Ensure chapters remain in good standing by administering established governance requirements and timelines. • Collaborate with the Operations Specialist to review governance-related inquiries and submissions for completeness and alignment with approved standards prior to final approval. • Track chapter compliance status using established systems, reports, and dashboards. • Manage recurring compliance cycles and associated documentation requirements. • Coordinate standardized communications and reminders to chapter leaders regarding compliance obligations. • Apply defined escalation protocols for non-compliance in coordination with the Director and relevant stakeholders. • Serve as a trusted governance advisor to chapter leaders, providing guidance on compliance requirements, policies, and risk mitigation.
• Develop and execute regional marketing strategies and integrated campaigns that increase brand awareness, engagement, and business opportunities across business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) audiences. • Plan and manage social media programs (content calendar, community engagement, paid social) to grow visibility and audience engagement. • Identify, plan and run digital media and demand-gen campaigns (paid, email, content distribution) designed to drive qualified leads and measurable business outcomes. • Create and/or coordinate production of marketing collateral — sales enablement materials, regional one-pagers, digital assets and campaign creative — ensuring brand consistency and localization where needed. • Identify high-value exposure opportunities (tradeshows, conferences, partner events) and lead event participation planning to showcase ISACA’s brand, insights and solutions. • Plan and deliver regional marketing events (virtual and in-person), including vendor coordination, logistics, promotion, on-site execution and post-event follow-up to capture leads and insights. • Collaborate closely with Sales to align campaigns and content with pipeline goals, ensure lead handoff processes, and track marketing-generated opportunities. • Coordinate with regional web/content vendors to keep local web pages, event listings and campaign landing pages up-to-date and optimized for conversions. • Lead planning and execution of regional community programs and professional events that build member engagement and grow community reach. • Partner with volunteer core teams to design and deliver high-quality programming (meetups, webinars, workshops) to increase participation and geographic coverage. • Manage community channels (chat groups, forums) to improve member stickiness, nurture engagement, and convert active members into program participants or leads.

• Develop and lead the enterprise-wide B2B sales enablement strategy to accelerate institutional adoption and revenue growth. • Establish scalable frameworks, tools, messaging, and performance standards that drive consistent field execution, pipeline expansion, and measurable market impact across priority segments. • Define and oversee a comprehensive partner enablement strategy that equips academic institutions with onboarding frameworks, go-to-market guidance, and performance resources to ensure successful program launches, credential adoption, and long-term institutional retention. • Provide executive-level leadership in aligning Sales and Product strategy, ensuring onboarding and ongoing sales training reflect institutional value propositions, market intelligence, competitive positioning, and revenue priorities. • Oversee the development and continuous optimization of segment-specific playbooks, messaging architectures, objection-handing frameworks, and consultative sales materials tailored to institutional decision-makers. • Lead the strategic design of channel-specific enablement and nurture frameworks, including campaigns, dashboards, performance analytics, and tools that drive awareness, pipeline acceleration, and revenue attainment across markets. • Serve as a senior strategic liaison across Marketing, Product, Research, and Analytics, ensuring cross-functional alignment, disciplined execution, and accountability to APWD growth goals, timelines, and enterprise priorities. • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new market expansion opportunities aligned with institutional demand, competitive landscape insights, and ISACA’s category positioning. • Lead the design, validation, and executive oversight of pilot programs and market entry strategies to test new partner types, distribution channels, and revenue models. • Translate emerging initiatives into operationalized, repeatable programs with defined governance structures, performance metrics, and cross-functional alignment.
