Compensation Manager

• Manages the design, development, administration and implementation of compensation programs, policies, structures and practices for the organization. • Oversees participation in compensation surveys, prepares reports, performs research and analysis. • Provides analytical expertise and support to business units and People and Culture (P&C). • Guides compensation compliance initiatives and coordinates communication of regulatory changes. • Develops recommendations to modify or implement new programs, policies, and procedures. • Monitors the effectiveness of existing compensation policies, guidelines and procedures.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or its International Equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resource Management or Related Field
- Certification as Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred.
- 8+ years of experience with analysis, design, and administration of compensation programs.
- 3+ years of supervisory experience.
- Experience with Workday HRIS and MarketPay strongly preferred.
- Prior work experience in a non-governmental organization (NGO) or global environment preferred.
- Must be able to read, write and speak fluent English.

• Establish and evolve a holistic Release & Deployment strategy, enabling predictable, scalable delivery across multiple products and customer environments. • Serve as the primary governance authority for release readiness, quality compliance, deployment approvals, and production promotion. • Define and enforce release policies, SLAs, and success criteria to ensure consistency across all teams. • Strengthen deployment pipelines by driving automation, standardization, and quality controls that reduce risk and increase speed. • Develop and maintain a comprehensive roadmap for continuous improvement of release tooling, deployment processes, and environment reliability. • Identify systemic issues, root causes, and process gaps—then implement long term solutions. • Lead collaboration with Engineering, Product, Infrastructure/Operations, Customer Delivery, and Support to ensure alignment from planning through post release validation. • Act as a trusted advisor to internal and external stakeholders—translating release impacts, risks, and dependencies in a clear and timely manner. • Drive consensus and influence leaders across functions to solve complex, ambiguous ecosystem challenges. • Oversee complex code deployments, database synchronization efforts, and DevOps practices across multiple customer and internal environments. • Ensure environments are maintained in a known good, stable, compliant state through structured monitoring, validation, and documentation. • Lead modernization efforts— including migrations from legacy release architecture to more scalable, cloud driven and automated models. • Mentor and develop Release Managers, fostering a culture of ownership, operational rigor, and continuous improvement.
