Job Description

Renewals Manager

Host Analytics Inc

• Manage the entirety of renewals process, including negotiation and ownership of commercial contracts • Collaborate with Sales to identify risks and ensure timely renewals • Analyze usage patterns and customer health metrics to preempt churn risks • Engage proactively with customers ahead of renewal dates to assess satisfaction, resolve issues, and identify opportunities for growth • Maintain accurate renewal forecasts using tools like Salesforce and Clari • Consistently exceed quarterly and annual retention goals

Job Requirements

  • 2-3+ years successful track record of sales or customer success in the enterprise software or software-as-a-service market
  • Track record of meeting/exceeding targets
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and empathy for customers
  • Ability to thrive in a cross-functional environment while juggling multiple responsibilities
  • High level of intellectual curiosity -- you see opportunity and growth in learning more about what you do and how it impacts others
  • Results-oriented sales professional
  • Ability to learn quickly and to adapt easily to change
  • Domain knowledge of Finance/FP&A space is a plus
