Role Description The Payer Engagement Specialist II - Remote is responsible for providing administrative support for all payer engagement notifications, including: - New clinics - Relocations - Closures - TIN updates - Acquisitions This position also involves: - Daily operation support - Completing payer forms - Sending weekly provider bulletins - Various data verification activities as assigned Your Impact - Notify payers of any Hanger Clinic changes, such as address, tax ID, and Medicaid numbers - Work within Salesforce system to ensure data integrity - Update provider information transmitted to large and regional payers - Create and manage assigned work in Salesforce cases and review regularly with manager or designee - Distribute customized provider directories for large, national, and regional payers - Complete specific payer forms when the Clinic has a change of demographics - Create cases for the credentialing team for adding new clinics to payers as appropriate - Confirm and track updates and submit cases to add to Hanger billing system until project completion - Review, complete, and return quarterly payer provider verification forms upon request - Monitor payer central correspondence depository daily and disseminate to appropriate team members - Produce reports and other ad hoc assignments as required Qualifications - Minimum: High School diploma or equivalent - Minimum: 2 years of related experience - Preferred: 3 years of provider servicing/customer service experience - Preferred: Healthcare experience Requirements - Excellent customer service - Good verbal, written, and organizational skills - Familiarity with various software applications, such as Salesforce and Acrobat - Intermediate level user with Microsoft Excel and Word - Attention to detail with the ability to quickly identify trends - Able to multi-task and work independently in a time-sensitive environment with a heavy workload - Able to effectively interface with all levels of employees, management, and external organizations - Act with integrity in all ways and at all times - Keep the patient at the center of everything that you do - Foster open collaboration and constructive dialogue - Continuously innovate new solutions - Focus on superior outcomes and calibrate work processes for outstanding results Benefits - Competitive Compensation Packages - 8 Paid National Holidays & 4 additional Floating Holidays - PTO that includes Vacation and Sick time - Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits - 401k Savings and Retirement Plan - Paid Parental Bonding Leave for New Parents - Flexible Work Schedules and Part-time Opportunities - Generous Employee Referral Bonus Program - Mentorship Programs - Mentor and Mentee - Student Loan Repayment Assistance by Location - Relocation Assistance - Regional & National traveling CPO/CO/CP opportunities - Volunteering for Local and National events such as Hanger’s BAKA Bootcamp and EmpowerFest
