• Understand customers' business needs and objectives to effectively serve their needs • Support administrative and financial activities with EMEA accounts, such as: Administer Purchase Orders internally (registering them in related Sales and Operations tools) • Support invoicing reconciliation with the orders received, asking for PO extension when required, chasing unpaid invoices when required • Vendor platform management, providing updated documentation, ensuring compliance with customer requirements, coordinating internally to find appropriate documentations • Support Commercial and marketing activities with EMEA accounts, such as: Support GTM team to prepare critical client meetings such as Customer check ins, product calls, QBRs, and so on • Communicating customer needs and feedback to other internal teams through the customer listening program • Facilitate non-conformities and ensure corrective actions are taken by appropriate parties • Support customer onboarding and setup • Facilitate ongoing customer training when needed • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align customer expectations and deliver a seamless experience • Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve customer issues in a timely manner and provide ongoing education and guidance • Providing ad hoc support for sales operations related activities as they come up, including but not limited to reporting, product launches, and sales process improvements • Support with maintaining processes to monitor key customer success metrics (e.g., churn rate, customer satisfaction scores, NPS)

• Perform internal data and image capture of wind turbine blades using crawler and manual (human-assisted) inspection methods, in accordance with project scope. • Provide field support to subcontractors during internal inspection operations (crawler and manual), ensuring compliance with safety procedures and standards. • Perform pre-evaluation/pre-processing of collected material (crawler and manual): verify coverage, focus, lighting, sequence, file integrity, and any required quality parameters. • Validate and corroborate the quality of data/images captured by subcontractors, requesting corrections or recaptures when necessary. • Organize, label, and forward validated material to the analysis team, ensuring traceability (turbine/blade/face, dates, field observations). • Provide detailed, actionable feedback to the product and engineering teams on Zeitview or other OEM technologies. • Define collection strategy for projects based on project requirements. • Plan and assist in the development of operations training and workflows. • Communicate with local stakeholders to determine operational requirements. • Travel to and from remote job sites throughout LATAM.

• Drive execution across the CFO's strategic initiative portfolio. • Translate strategic objectives into actionable workplans, milestones, and accountability frameworks. • Establish and maintain initiative governance processes. • Monitor progress and proactively identify execution risks and dependencies. • Escalate issues and recommendations to executive leadership as appropriate. • Ensure alignment across stakeholders and participating teams. • Manage operating cadences for strategic initiatives. • Coordinate executive working sessions and decision forums. • Prepare executive updates, dashboards, and reporting materials. • Ensure action items are documented and followed through to completion. • Drive organizational accountability and execution discipline.

• Lead the accounting organization and serve as the senior owner of the controllership function, including financial reporting, accounting operations, close, technical accounting, controls, tax, and treasury. • Ensure accurate, timely, and GAAP-compliant financial statements, management reporting, board/investor reporting support, and regulatory compliance. • Own the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, with a focus on improving close speed, balance sheet discipline, account reconciliations, supporting schedules, and reporting reliability. • Oversee core accounting functions including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, revenue recognition, fixed assets, consolidations, and intercompany activity. • Build and continuously improve accounting policies, procedures, internal controls, and documentation to support audit readiness and scalable growth. • Lead tax compliance and planning across federal, state, local, and indirect taxes, including sales and use tax, nexus considerations, and coordination with external advisors. • Oversee treasury and cash management activities, including cash forecasting, liquidity planning, banking relationships, and working capital processes in partnership with FP&A and the CFO. • Drive efficient and effective order-to-cash processes, from customer onboarding and billing through collections, revenue recognition, data integrity, and cash application. • Own and optimize accounting systems and process architecture, including NetSuite, integrations with Salesforce and HRIS/payroll systems, automated data flows, and accounting data governance. • Identify, evaluate, and implement AI-enabled tools and automation opportunities across the accounting close, account reconciliations, variance analysis, financial reporting, and internal control processes. • Partner with Finance, FP&A, IT, Legal, and Security teams to ensure AI tools are implemented responsibly, with appropriate data governance, review controls, auditability, and protection of confidential financial information. • Drive continuous improvement in the accounting function by using automation, AI, and process redesign to reduce manual work, improve accuracy, shorten close timelines, and scale the finance organization. • Support M&A integration and acquisition accounting, including purchase accounting, acquired entity integration, policy harmonization, and consolidation of finance processes after acquisitions. • Partner cross-functionally with FP&A, Revenue Operations, Legal, HR, Sales, Operations, and Technology to improve business processes, financial visibility, and accountability. • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing accounting team and external advisor network, fostering a culture of ownership, urgency, continuous improvement, and strong internal customer service.

• Provide HSE documentation to clients via web platform or email • Interface with local safety technician in the preparation of new documents • Handle invoicing processes with both subcontractors and clients • Create service orders in the company system and update statistical data • Interface with subcontractors for service mobilization and ensure they have necessary documentation for missions • Interface with clients to define mobilization dates and other related tasks • Plan and assist in the development of operations training and workflows • Communicate with local stakeholders to determine operational requirements • Travel to and from remote job sites throughout LATAM as needed.

• Conduct operations with a high level of safety conformity in accordance with industry best practices. • Complete data collection, initially focused on internal inspections of wind turbine blades, but later expanding to other inspection types on wind turbines but possible other energy infrastructure as well, to the highest standard with minimum defects. • Support Operations in the successful completion of data capture across multiple verticals. • Provide detailed and meaningful feedback to the product and engineering teams on Zeitview or other OEM technology. • Determine collection strategy for projects based on the requirements of the project. • Operate/diagnose remotely controlled apparatus in challenging conditions. • Maintain and publish current statuses using effective mission tools available to all stakeholders. • Plan and assist in the development of operations training and workflows. • Communicate with local stakeholders to determine operational requirements. • Travel to and from remote job sites throughout the United States
