• Drive execution across the CFO's strategic initiative portfolio. • Translate strategic objectives into actionable workplans, milestones, and accountability frameworks. • Establish and maintain initiative governance processes. • Monitor progress and proactively identify execution risks and dependencies. • Escalate issues and recommendations to executive leadership as appropriate. • Ensure alignment across stakeholders and participating teams. • Manage operating cadences for strategic initiatives. • Coordinate executive working sessions and decision forums. • Prepare executive updates, dashboards, and reporting materials. • Ensure action items are documented and followed through to completion. • Drive organizational accountability and execution discipline.
Job Requirements
- 5–7 years in management consulting, corporate strategy, strategic finance, corporate development, or program management.
- Demonstrated success managing complex cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to influence without direct authority.
- Experience developing executive-level presentations and analyses.
- Exceptional organizational and project management capabilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- MBA or equivalent experience preferred.

Manager/Senior Manager, Credit Strategy
