Role Description As a member of Zayo’s Solution Architecture Organization, the role of Technical Solution Analyst is a dynamic opportunity for individuals looking to begin a technical career in the Telecom Industry. By partnering with the Solution Architecture Organization, each Technical Solution Analyst will be encouraged to develop their technical skillset through org-wide mentorship and hands-on learning. This includes supporting KMZ requests, basic custom opportunity tasks, existing service visualization requests, and basic network design tasks that visually represent solutions for direct and indirect customers. This individual will be responsible for assisting in preparing and delivering technical diagrams and sales presentations and driving the transactional and primary custom solution sales cycles to closure.
