Role Description Zayo is seeking an Order Processing Liaison, Hyperscale to be responsible for owning and driving the operational lifecycle of in-flight amendments, change orders, and operational service modifications supporting Zayo’s Hyperscale customers. This role serves as the primary coordinator across Sales, Sales Engineering, Order Experts, Order Validation, Service Delivery, Contracting, and other operational teams to ensure customer-requested changes progress efficiently from opportunity creation through installation and completion. Our Order Processing Liaison, Hyperscale is focused on operational execution and process coordination, allowing Sales and Sales Engineering resources to remain focused on customer strategy, solution design, and revenue-generating activities. This role acts as the central point of ownership for amendment-related workflows, operational order administration, and cross-functional project management associated with existing customer services. Candidates must be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple concurrent priorities, navigating ambiguity, and driving resolution across a broad set of stakeholders. Responsibilities - Operational Order Administration - Own and drive the operational lifecycle of in-flight amendments and change-order activity from opportunity creation through installation. - Create and manage opportunities associated with operational service modifications and amendment activity. - Coordinate order administration activities including MACDs, service amendments, and operational change requests. - Support service order creation, recreation, and in-flight order adjustments as required. - Ensure operational requests are accurately documented and tracked throughout the order lifecycle. - Order Structure Support - Provide guidance on order structure and amendment processing for Hyperscale opportunities. - Support MACD administration and associated workflow requirements. - Coordinate service order updates resulting from customer-requested operational changes. - Assist with resolution of order structure issues impacting fulfillment and delivery. - Cross-Functional Coordination - Serve as the primary operational coordinator between Sales, Sales Engineering, Order Experts, Order Validation, Service Delivery, Contracting, OSP, and other internal teams. - Coordinate amendment processing and associated customer documentation requirements. - Facilitate order validation activities and resolution of operational exceptions. - Coordinate Service Delivery handoffs and installation readiness activities. - Track and monitor CARs, ISOs, and related operational records across multiple systems. - Manage low- or no-revenue operational changes that require cross-functional execution. - Escalate risks, blockers, and dependencies to appropriate stakeholders. - Process Management & Reporting - Maintain accurate records and data integrity across Salesforce and supporting systems. - Monitor amendment and operational change activity to ensure timely completion. - Identify process inefficiencies and recommend opportunities to improve operational execution. - Participate in departmental initiatives and continuous improvement projects. - Develop strong working relationships across organizational boundaries to drive successful outcomes. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or higher with a business-related focus preferred. - Minimum of two (2) years of experience in telecommunications, sales operations, order management, service delivery, project coordination, or related operational functions. - Strong understanding of order lifecycle management, MACDs, amendments, and service delivery processes. - Experience working within Salesforce.com or similar CRM platforms. - Demonstrated ability to coordinate complex cross-functional initiatives and drive accountability across multiple stakeholder groups. - Exceptional organizational and project management skills. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. - Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams. - Experience supporting enterprise, carrier, or hyperscale customers preferred. Requirements - Estimated Base Salary Range: $53,300.00 - $82,200.00 USD/annually. - The base pay range shown is a guideline and reasonable estimate for this role. - Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted range based upon geographic location, work experience, skill level, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. - Non-sales roles may be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive plan. - Sales roles may be eligible to participate in a sales incentive plan.
