• Assist in the preparation of trial balances and financial statements. • Execute and manage spreadsheets and accounting reports, performing expense classification and trial balances. • Process accounts receivable and accounts payable write-offs in the tax module of the Domínio system, according to supporting documents provided by clients. • Record, classify, reclassify, provision, and reverse accounting entries in the balance sheet areas assigned by the Senior/Supervisor. • Analyze asset accounts. • Review bank transactions. • Organize documentation related to the company's accounting. • Prepare documents and perform their accounting classification. • Generate accounting entries.
Job Requirements
- Advanced English (will be assessed during the interview);
- Previous experience as an Accounting Assistant for any period or equivalent knowledge;
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Accounting;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook);
- NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience with the Domínio system;
- Experience with Accounting BPO.
