What You Will Do as a Business Development Representative: The Business Development Representative is accountable for driving revenue by growing a set of established mid-tier reseller accounts (<$50,000 in annual sales) and the identification and cultivation of new distributor accounts. This position will engage with potential and existing customers through digital communication and phone calls to promote Workwear Outfitters’ products and services as well as build and maintain strong customer relationships. How You Will Make a Difference: - Initiate outbound calls, emails, or other communication methods to connect with distributors. - Engage and open new distributor accounts that align with companies' growth strategy and business requirements. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business. - Keep accurate records of customer interactions utilizing CRM tools. - Conduct presentations on product & service with new and (existing) customers. Address inquiries & objections to showcase the value proposition effectively. - Work towards monthly sales goals and continuously adjust strategies to meet or exceed goal. - Stay updated on product knowledge, trends, and sales techniques. Participate in training to enhance skills and knowledge. - This dynamic and fast-paced role requires effective communication, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to achieving sales objectives. Skills for Success: - 3 years of remote sales experience with a record of quantifiable achievements, including revenue growth, market share capture, and expansion of existing accounts. - Sales experience in B2B mid-market accounts preferred - Experience in negotiating and closing complex sales opportunities. - Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong sales opportunity pipeline - Demonstrated ability to utilize CRM(Salesforce.com) and sales enablement platforms to support sales growth - Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally to achieve sales goals - Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint) - Strong written and oral communication skills

Role Description We’re looking for a relationship-driven Business Development Representative to help grow our cleaning and restoration business. This role is primarily responsible for generating new business through networking, referrals, and strong client relationships. As a growing company, this is a hands-on role where you’ll help build our sales pipeline, strengthen partnerships, and own day-to-day communications and invoice support. This role requires balancing outbound business development with real-time coordination of customer needs throughout the day. You will be supported through company-provided systems, CRM tools, and call center support on non-restoration calls.
