Role Overview: Indirect Team Representatives focus on supporting partners at a national level, ensuring effective onboarding, verification, and activation of new merchants. Key Responsibilities: - Assist partners in onboarding, verifying, and activating new merchants; - Identify and engage new prospective partners to promote company’s collaboration framework; - Escalate partner requests by opening cases for issues beyond their resolution capacity; - Serve as the first point of contact for partners; - Drive production and growth within the Indirect Team; - Interest in AI-powered tools and openness to working in AI-enhanced environments.

Key Responsibilities: - Promote the company services by visiting clients’ premises; - Assist merchants with verification and activation processes; - Monitor and analyze portfolio performance; - Provide in-person support and consultation for existing customers; - Engage in both system-scheduled and self-initiated activities; - Ensure new merchants in the assigned portfolio complete registration; - Support existing merchants in maintaining active usage; - Escalate issues by opening cases for problems beyond their resolution scope; - Present product features and benefits to clients in a compelling manner; - Travel to meet clients and attend industry events.

• Identify, develop, and close new ISV and partner opportunities to drive revenue growth • Identify and pursue strategic partnership opportunities that expand Viva.com’s presence within key vertical markets • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation and deal closure • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with ISV partners and stakeholders • Support ISV integration and onboarding processes in collaboration with technical teams • Monitor partner performance, pipelines, and revenue generation metrics • Provide feedback to leadership on market trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to develop joint propositions and go-to-market initiatives • Represent Viva.com at industry events and partner meetings to promote brand visibility • Deliver accurate sales forecasting and pipeline reporting • Actively identify, explore, and adopt opportunities to use AI tools and automation within the role, ensuring they are applied responsibly, ethically, and in line with company policy and local employment regulations • Any other reasonable duties in line with the overall purpose of the role
