Client Relationship Representative – Field-Based
Viva Wallet
• Identify potential prospects within targeted markets/verticals; • Diversify your client prospecting methods (door-to-door, cold calls, presentations, etc.); • Build and expand your client pipeline by developing your network; • Assess clients’ skills and needs and establish sustainable business relationships; • Provide client support on certain technical and commercial matters; • Meet prospects/clients at commercial events; • Establish long-term relationships with clients and handle them professionally; • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle for an SMB merchant; • Coordinate and interact with internal teams for client onboarding; • Prepare and analyze activity reporting; • Ensure your objectives/projects are tracked and achieved.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and/or Master’s degree;
- Excellent communication skills: verbal and written;
- Proficiency in English is an asset;
- Persistent, with a positive approach to objection handling;
- Strong organizational skills: ability to manage multiple tasks and issues simultaneously;
- At least 2 years of field sales experience in B2B;
- Prior experience in the banking sector and with card terminals is an asset;
- Excellent negotiation and sales skills, with a proven ability to close deals;
- Results-oriented profile;
- Valid driver’s license.
