• Develop and execute a comprehensive North America marketing and market access strategy aligned with global business objectives • Build, lead, and mentor high-performing teams across branding, digital, analytics, content, and communications • Drive portfolio growth through market analysis, competitive intelligence, forecasting, and commercialization planning • Define key performance indicators (KPIs), manage budgets, and optimize marketing effectiveness and return on investment • Lead omnichannel commercial initiatives, including conferences, key opinion leader (KOL) engagement, advocacy programs, and business development support • Partner with Medical Affairs and Commercial teams to develop and implement evidence generation and reimbursement strategies • Align pricing strategy, clinical value propositions, and payer dynamics to enhance adoption and improve patient access • Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment and effective execution across markets

What you´ll do as Sales Account Manager In this role, you will take on challenging tasks in a varied position and be expected to involve and interact with clinics and all relevant stakeholders, as well as interact with several contact points in the company like: marketing managers, product managers, customer service, technical support and senior lab support like clinical support. What We’re Looking For? • University degree in Biology or similar field or significant work experience in the life science industry. • Minimum 3 years of experience in a hands on sales / account position • 2+ years / relevant network working with working with IVF will be considered a strong advantage. • Fluent in French and English • Happy to travel 3-4 days per week • Home Office based, but located in North/Center of Paris area is mandatory. • Manage and grow our advanced technology portfolio within a designated territory-area. • Be the primary technical and commercial point of contact for our key product lines: Time-lapse systems, eWitness, and Lasers. • Drive the sales growth in the designated territory-area, identifying, nurturing and closing opportunities around the specific portfolio. • Help the implementation team to accomplish deadlines and facilitate communication with customers. • Supervise long-term operational and tactical strategies of these technologies. • Provide expert-level training to embryologists and lab staff on optimal use of Time-lapse imaging, witnessing protocols, and laser applications. • Foster strong, long-term relationships with customers in the territory, acting as a trusted advisor for technological upgrades and needs. • Identify opportunities to bundle products to provide comprehensive solutions for the IVF lab. • Provide local market insights and competitive intelligence to support future innovations.
• Develop and own the North America marketing strategy for PGT-A, PGT-M, PGT-SR • Identify emerging trends in reproductive genetics • Create robust, scientifically accurate messaging • Develop high-value marketing materials including clinical white papers, videos, sales presentations • Build ROI calculators and workflow tools • Lead multi-phase launch planning for new assays and marketing campaigns
• Develop and execute annual North America marketing plans for IVF consumables including media, culture, cryo, embryo handling, labware, and workflow-support products. • Lead portfolio positioning, segmentation, value propositions, and messaging based on customer insights and competitive analysis. • Manage lifecycle strategy including new product introductions, phased enhancements, portfolio rationalization, and end-of-life planning. • Own regional pricing strategy and margin optimization in collaboration with regional commercial teams. • Identify and size market opportunities using market data, voice-of-customer research, and clinical trends in ART. • Lead campaigns to grow category awareness, including digital marketing, KOL engagement, and participation in global congresses (ASRM). • Support sales organizations with content, tools, and targeted programs to improve conversion and utilization. • Develop educational pathways and content to increase product competency for embryologists and clinicians. • Drive launch readiness and go-to-market execution for new consumable products. • Build sales tools, training materials, clinical evidence summaries, objection-handling guides, and digital assets. • Maintain a strong understanding of IVF lab processes, embryology workflows, quality control considerations, and clinical pain points. • Build relationships with key IVF clinics, lab directors, and embryologists to gather insights and test new concepts.
