Multilingual Content Reviewer, YouTube Scriptwriter – German, Spanish
VidRushLovable for video production
• Write and refine YouTube scripts in your native language using AI tools, ensuring output feels natural, engaging, and built for video • Review AI-generated scripts and translations for natural flow, tone, and pacing • Evaluate generated videos and voiceovers to assess whether the language works for a real YouTube audience • Use prompt engineering to improve and iterate on AI script output directly in the tool • Rewrite or suggest alternatives where scripts feel stiff, robotic, or off-brand for video • Assess localised templates for cultural fit and relevance to your market • Flag inconsistencies between on-screen text, captions, and narration • Provide structured feedback with concrete rewrites and corrections
• Define the 4–12 week product strategy with clear milestones and success criteria. • Act as the final filter for the roadmap: evaluate every feature against revenue impact and growth potential. • Conduct deep competitor analysis (Opus Clip, Descript, Submagic) to ensure VidRush maintains its "category-defining" edge. • Airtight PRDs: Take over and refine all Product Requirement Documents. Every spec must include acceptance criteria, edge cases, and a clear split between frontend/backend responsibilities to eliminate developer guesswork. • Jira Mastery: Own the backlog hygiene and sprint planning. Move beyond "moving tickets" to using velocity data to improve delivery predictability. • Process Design: Establish lightweight rituals (two-pass syncs, async notes) that work across distributed time zones. • Structure unpredictable AI experimentation using time-boxed "spikes." • Bridge the gap between R&D exploration and product reality, ensuring research stays aligned with business goals rather than chasing every new model trend. • Manage and mentor the existing PM team (Nayana + Project Manager). • Be the "First Line of Defense" against scope creep, pushing back on bad ideas—even from the CEO—to protect team velocity.
• Own and deliver backend features end-to-end, from API design through deployment • Solve interesting problems across video generation pipelines, AI integrations, and billing systems • Shape the architecture of services that power our core product workflows • Contribute to a codebase that prioritizes long-term maintainability • Collaborate closely with the team on technical decisions, code reviews, and continuous improvement

• Build agentic systems that can reason, plan, and execute multi-step tasks reliably • Design and deploy LLM-based services (tool use, structured outputs, evals, monitoring) • Develop video/image intelligence pipelines (retrieval, matching, classification, metadata extraction, generative augmentation) • Integrate existing APIs and tools when appropriate (strong build-vs-buy judgment) • Ship scalable inference pipelines on cloud infrastructure • Apply MLOps / LLMOps best practices: observability, testing, evals, versioning, cost control • Work closely with founders and product to iterate quickly based on user feedback
• Help define the product strategy for the next 4–12 weeks • Translate company goals into a focused roadmap • Make tradeoffs and say “no” when necessary to protect velocity • Write clear, concrete feature requirements before development starts • Align frontend and backend expectations early to avoid mismatches late • Define ownership: who’s responsible for what, and what “done” means • Own Jira: maintain a clean backlog, run sprint planning, and drive follow-through • Track progress and surface blockers early (before a task stalls for weeks) • Improve team velocity and visibility across time zones • Structure exploration work using “spikes” and experiments • Reduce endless trial-and-error by defining: • why the experiment exists • what success looks like • how long it runs before a decision is made • Keep research aligned to strategy rather than constantly chasing new trends • Establish lightweight rituals that actually help (standups, planning, retros) • Create meeting structures that work across time zones (e.g., two-pass sync + notes) • Improve internal documentation and communication flow
• Run onboarding calls for new customers and help them get set up quickly • Host product demos and answer pre-sales questions • Help users understand how to get the best results with the tool • Handle inbound leads who request a call (scheduled on demand) • Guide users to the right plan based on their goals and usage • Follow up with users who are stuck or haven’t activated successfully • Document common issues/questions and share them with the team to improve onboarding and product • Track call outcomes and feedback so we continuously improve conversion and retention
• Test new features and releases across our web app + video generation pipeline • Catch regressions before they hit production (UI, backend workflows, output quality issues) • Write clear, actionable bug reports with repro steps + expected vs actual + videos/screenshots • Create and maintain test plans for critical flows (generation, editing, exports, credits/billing flows) • Help build a simple QA process that scales (release checklist, smoke tests, QA gating) • Work closely with frontend/backend/AI engineers to improve reliability and speed
• Own hiring end-to-end • Find and engage engineers in Turkey and Eastern Europe • Conduct initial recruiter interviews • Qualify for independence, competence, and problem solving ability • Improve and operationalize our hiring process • Work directly with founders
• Build programmatic motion graphics using Remotion + React • Create reusable components and templates (lower thirds, titles, charts, transitions, etc.) • Improve motion polish: easing, timing, rhythm, spacing, visual consistency • Maintain a clean motion design system (colors, typography, layout patterns) • Collaborate with the team to iterate fast based on feedback • Optimize performance and rendering reliability
