Senior Backend Engineer

Role Description We are seeking a Senior Implementations Consultant to lead complex, enterprise-level customer onboardings at Vic.ai. Reporting to the Director of Implementations, you will own the technical and operational execution of implementations, ensuring customers are fully prepared to leverage Vic.ai’s AI platform at go-live. This role is ideal for a hands-on implementation leader who is comfortable navigating ERP ecosystems, data flows, and automation-driven change while also engaging confidently with senior customer stakeholders.
