Senior Implementations Consultant
Vic.ai
• Design and execute scalable implementation frameworks: Develop processes, templates, and technical best practices for enterprise Vic.ai deployments • Own the end-to-end implementation lifecycle: From post-sale handoff through go-live readiness and early adoption • Partner cross-functionally: Collaborate closely with Integrations, Product, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success to align system requirements and delivery timelines • Lead technical go-live execution, including: • Project planning, milestones, and dependency management • Coordination across ERP integrations, data ingestion, and AI configuration • Risk identification, mitigation strategies, and escalation management • KPI tracking and post-implementation optimization • Guide customers through AI-driven change: Support customers as they adopt automated workflows, align expectations, and operationalize new processes • Champion implementation quality: Ensure accuracy, performance, and scalability in customer environments • Mentor and lead: Provide guidance to junior consultants and contribute to team-wide delivery excellence • Standardize and scale delivery: Partner with Operations to define implementation standards and support partner-led implementation models
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years leading software implementations (ERP, finance systems, or data-driven platforms strongly preferred)
- Strong understanding of ERP ecosystems, integrations, and enterprise data workflows
- Proven experience managing complex projects with multiple technical and business workstreams
- Demonstrated ability to gather requirements, define scope, and translate needs into executable plans
- Comfort working with AI-enabled products, automation, and evolving technical systems
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Executive presence with the ability to engage and influence senior customer stakeholders
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; PMP certification a plus
- Ability to quickly learn new tools, platforms, and technologies.

Senior Workforce Consultant – Commercial Energy

• Provide expertise and oversight of projects across our workforce development practice, notably in the energy efficiency, transportation and IT fields, including training and technical assistance, work-based learning program implementation and research and evaluation. • Network and communicate with stakeholders around workforce development, economic development, work-based learning and apprenticeship, education and training, and other employment and economic strategies. • Lead capture and develop winning proposals to continue project growth across Federal, state and commercial clients. • Provide writing and presentation support across an array of deliverables, analyses, program trends/outcomes reports, and stakeholder publications/products.
• Analyze logs and system artifacts for evidence of adversary activity • Produce reports, presentations, recommendations to stakeholders • Contribute to developing and maturing threat hunting capabilities
