MRT Bench-Production Analyst

Role Description Under the direction of both the MRT Bench Manager & Director, the MRT Production Analyst role focuses on ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of automated processes in a production environment. This role involves: - Monitoring bots - Troubleshooting issues - Managing the digital workforce - Improving support processes - Documenting and supporting training on standard operating procedures - Extracting data from reports and formatting it for the Monitored Retrieval Tool - Ensuring proper system access for automated processing - Collaborating with the MRT Teams to initiate bot processing and reviewing the output for assignment - Addressing bot issues and ensuring efficient operation - Troubleshooting and requesting adjustments to existing bots Qualifications - Technical Proficiency: Experience with RPA platforms like UiPath - Troubleshooting Skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve issues related to MRT processes - Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with process owners, developers, and other stakeholders - Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify root causes and suggest solutions to production issues - Process Documentation Skills: Ability to document and maintain process documentation - High school diploma or GED equivalent required; some college coursework preferred - At least four (4) years of experience in medical records management, preferably in a healthcare setting - Ability to understand and adhere to HIPAA and state regulations for the release of Protected Health Information (PHI) - Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite with a strong emphasis on Excel (e.g. documentation, creating formulas, reporting, etc.) - Technically savvy and able to comfortably navigate through multiple systems and workflows - Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently while working independently and meeting productivity expectations - Effective written and verbal communication for professional interactions across teams Requirements - Monitoring and Maintaining Production Systems: Ensuring maximum uptime and minimal downtime of MRT bots and automated processes - Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Investigating and resolving issues encountered in the production environment, including creating and managing production tickets - Process Documentation and Improvement: Developing and maintaining process support documentation and continuously improving support processes internally - Collaboration with Developers and Other Teams: Working with onshore and offshore developers, internal technology teams, and external vendors to diagnose and resolve issues - Knowledge Sharing and Training: Conducting knowledge sessions, providing training to other team members, and mentoring new employees - Managing the Digital Workforce: Ensuring the stability and effectiveness of the robotic workforce - Design Authority: Participating in MRT Design Authority to ensure new automations meet standards - Performance Analysis and Data Collection: Monitoring BOTs in the production environment, collecting data, and performing analysis to identify areas for improvement - Incident Management: Logging production incident tickets and prioritizing defects for resolution - Test and Deploy Fixes: Testing fixes for errors and deploying them to the production environment - Maintain standards of excellence with a high level of productivity - Perform other related duties, as assigned, to ensure effective operation of the department and the Company - Live by and promote Verisma Core Values
