• As a Verathon Sales Representative you will strategically manage the business in your territory to promote the Verathon GlideScope® product line. • You will execute sales strategies and techniques to realize sales opportunities identified in the Total Available Market (TAM) segmentation and analysis. • You will generate new business and maintain existing business by understanding the needs, building rapport, and influence customers by delivering presentations to customers including creative solutions to their problems. • You will manage the relationships with key customer stakeholders like Clinical Nursing, C-suite Executives, Administration, and BioMed contacts. • You will generate a high volume of sales activity by in-person prospecting, product evaluations, proposal generation, customer presentations, and negotiations. • You will forecast your business potential in order to ensure your sales pipeline supports the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual goals. • You will learn new industry and market information that allows you to adapt to shifts in market demand and strategy. • You will engage in strategic business planning and execution and provide accurate and thorough sales reporting to leadership.
• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions including custom GPTs, copilots, and agentic workflows using enterprise LLM platforms and APIs. • Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, vector search capabilities, and secure data connectors. • Collaborate with AI Business Partners and other departmental representatives to translate functional requirements into technical implementations. • Translate business-defined context into structured prompts and system instructions. • Refine and optimize context injection strategies to improve solution reliability and accuracy. • Prototype rapidly, iterate based on user feedback, and deliver production-ready AI solutions with appropriate guardrails. • Develop reusable prompts, templates, automations, and components to accelerate future AI solution development. • Integrate AI tools with Verathon systems following architecture, security, and compliance standards. • Partner with the AI Solutions Architect to evaluate and implement new AI tools.

• Build & Grow Strategic Accounts: Uncover new partnership opportunities with IDNs, Health Systems, and Corporate Chains while driving growth within existing agreements through effective contract management, compliance, and field team collaboration. • Manage Relationships & Executive Engagement: Build and maintain relationships at all levels of Verathon and IDN/GPO leadership, preparing and conducting executive business reviews and presenting recommendations to key internal stakeholders to build alignment. • Drive Regional Strategy & Performance: Lead in a matrixed environment to build regional growth strategies with Sales Directors and Territory Managers, forecasting contract performance, tracking against goals, and course correcting as needed to achieve targets. • Negotiate & Solve Problems: Apply strong negotiation skills with a focus on maintaining price integrity while partnering with business leaders to resolve issues and prioritize customer needs alongside Verathon's strategic objectives. • Inform & Influence the Market: Communicate critical customer, competitive, and market intelligence to all company constituents, and work closely with product marketing to develop strategies that support the product and clinical needs of targeted IDNs.
