Territory Manager – Urology

• Manage the business in your territory to promote the Verathon BladderScan ® and CFlex ™ product lines. • Execute sales strategies and techniques to realize sales opportunities identified in the Total Available Market (TAM) segmentation and analysis. • Generate new business and maintain existing business by understanding the needs, building rapport, and influencing customers by delivering presentations to customers including creative solutions to their problems. • Manage the relationships with key customer stakeholders like Clinical Nursing, C-suite Executives, Administration, and BioMed contacts. • Generate a high volume of sales activity by in-person prospecting, product evaluations, proposal generation, customer presentations, and negotiations. • Forecast your business potential in order to ensure your sales pipeline supports the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual goals. • Learn new industry and market information that allow you to adapt to shifts in market demand and strategy.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 2+ years B2B outside sales experience.
  • Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds and carry up to 25 pounds.
  • Able to meet vendor credentialing requirements for all healthcare systems (including COVID-19 vaccine).
  • Must be insurable and have a valid driver's license.
  • Must reside within territory, Baltimore area preferred.
  • Required overnight travel is 2 nights per month, on average, to cover territory that includes MD, DE, DC, and Northern VA.
  • Required to travel outside assigned territory for annual sales meeting, regional meetings, and in-person training, as needed.
