Sales Manager

Ventrata

• Sales Targets and Growth: Responsible for delivery of new business. • Delivering against business targets and objectives • Management of the sales process end-to-end in your assigned territory. Identifying opportunities in the market to position the product effectively and enhance the value proposition to your target market • Client Success and Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Ensuring that client success is integrated into the sales process from the first point of contact. • Collaboration with Sales Support Functions: Liaise with marketing, technical sales, lead generation, and sales operations to ensure a unified and strategic sales approach. • Market Analysis and Strategy: Analyse regional market trends and discover new growth opportunities. Communicate closely with marketing and product management to create strategies to drive sales. • Reporting and Forecasting: Provide timely revenue projections to management and deliver a predictable pipeline to drive forecast accuracy.

Job Requirements

  • Native English speaker or at least 5 years selling in native English-speaking markets (C1 as a minimum)
  • Fluency in Spanish a plus, not a requirement
  • Can demonstrate history of achieving quotas of $600k+ selling into enterprise markets
  • Must reside within the continental US or Canada
  • Willing and able to travel regularly to potential client sites and trade shows
  • Current passport and able to travel internationally infrequently
  • SaaS-related and industry sales experience preferred
  • Direct experience working within attractions in a sales role
  • Sales account planning skills and the patience to deliver against the plan
  • Display creative and analytical problem-solving skills with an unrelenting passion for achieving revenue targets
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Be a self-starter who is comfortable working remotely and can manage their time, pipeline and direct efforts of an BDR.
