VP, Executive Management Advisor
Trinity Life Sciences
• Manage, grow, and expand the TGaS portfolio within assigned accounts by developing relationships with key decision makers within large & mid-size companies. • Think strategically about complex client organizations of all sizes and understand how to unlock growth opportunities in those accounts for existing and new TGaS solutions. • Provide vision and direction for identifying and qualifying leads on behalf of TGaS Advisors. • Report directly into the SVP and be the overall account lead for 10-12 large/mid-size accounts overseeing contracted business advisory services and business development efforts across all TGaS Advisors solutions. • Be primary advisor for the Commercial Operations leader(s) through advisory and peer-to-peer membership services. • Lead and provide oversight for contracted multi-solution benchmarks partnering with the TGaS PMO and Operations leads. • Responsible for an annual revenue goal and expanding the TGaS business in both existing and whitespace accounts. • Create annual and long-term business plans for accounts in collaboration with TGaS Solution Leads. • Review plans on a quarterly basis to determine where adjustments may be required. • Maintain professional and up-to-date knowledge in the assigned targeted accounts and TGaS service capabilities to serve as a basis for providing "value added" expanded services to all appropriate clients. • Participate in monthly updates with TGaS Solution Leads and Trinity Life Sciences partners that review current engagement and identify potential new opportunities. • Act as a TGaS business unit liaison with broader Trinity Life Sciences Account Leads and Team to assist in building relationships, forming strategic partnerships to identify business opportunities for Trinity Life Sciences offerings. • Actively research, synthesize, and communicate current trends and changes in the industry.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, life sciences, or related field.
- Minimum of 12-15 years of commercial operations experience at the Director/VP level or related business development experience in support of life sciences organizations.
- Proven track record of success leading and/or supporting commercial operations departments through internal support of those departments or through strategic advisory services partnership.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical commercial operations, marketing, market access, and medical affairs.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
- Experience in negotiating and closing business deals.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market opportunities, evaluate risks, and make data-driven decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate broadly across an organization to gain alignment securing new and existing business opportunities and have the ability to influence without authority.

Role Description - Maintain and expand an active referral source network consisting of lenders, bankers, private equity firms, investment bankers, brokers and other sources. - Generate qualified prospect referrals from contacts, referral sources and network relationships by maintaining frequent contact with your network. - Interact with prospective borrowers (by phone and face-to-face visits) to introduce MidFirst Business Credit, and to gather all credit data necessary to qualify the prospective borrower. - Prescreen prospective borrowers by reviewing financial, collateral and industry data and comparing against MidFirst Business Credit's loan policy and sales process guidelines. - Evaluate and understand financial condition and deal quality and make recommendations to MidFirst Business Credit's management. - Prepare a detailed and complete deal package on prospective borrowers and deliver to MidFirst Business Credit's deal team for review. - Submit and negotiate financing proposals to qualified prospective borrowers. - Attend local and regional networking events. - Be active in industry associations such as ACG, TMA and CFA. - Input sales activities and maintain prospect data in Salesforce.com. - Maintain timely and accurate records of all sales calling efforts. Qualifications - Bachelors Degree preferred. - 5-10 years of relevant business development experience in lending, with a preference for asset-based lending experience. - Must have an established and effective network of referral sources. - Generate a minimum of 50-75 leads each year, resulting in a minimum of 10 term sheets issued and 4-5 deal closings. - Must have an entrepreneurial attitude, and when working remotely, must be able to wisely manage time and expenses. - Must conduct self in a professional manner at all times, and in all business situations reflecting a courteous, conscientious, and sophisticated and businesslike manner in all dealings. Requirements - Travel is a significant requirement for this position. Expectation is that the BDO will travel about 50% of the time.
