Role Description We are currently seeking a talented, hardworking, committed and intellectually curious Principal to support Trinity’s Analytics Function. Analytics Account Lead Principals (AALP) fulfill a leadership role at core client accounts on multiple project teams, designing and implementing strategies to help our clients maintain strong growth. AALP will lead client relationships with full oversight over multiple project teams, including: - Client relationship building - Project delivery and success - AI and technology deployment - Team management - Budget and financial management In addition, Principals collaborate with other members of the Leadership team to drive new business development by building and maintaining client relationships at assigned account(s). With the support of assigned staff, they will lead and ensure superb delivery on client proposals and projects. The Principal will create business opportunities in close collaboration with other members of the Leadership Team. This role blends strong client leadership, analytics execution, and practical application of AI (including GenAI and LLM-based approaches) across commercial use cases. Trinity is investing in expanding our Analytics Strategy team, a seller-doer group that owns client relationships and overall account delivery. Principals are accountable leaders responsible for commercial growth, delivery excellence, and talent development, while helping scale Trinity’s AI-enabled analytics capabilities. This is a unique opportunity to join an established firm and work in an entrepreneurial environment, building and scaling a fast-growing team within a core strategic priority area for Trinity. We are looking for experienced analytics talent with a proven ability to: - Sell, manage, and deliver a book of business - Act as thought leaders in technology solutions and/or integrated analytics that address specific commercial pharma/biotech needs (e.g., customer engagement, forecasting, insights democratization) - Build strong teams, collaborate cross-functionally, and contribute to internal development and growth of innovative capabilities Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree (or advanced degree a plus) with high academic achievement - Major in health sciences, marketing, digital communications, and demonstrated interest in life sciences preferred - 10+ years as a top performer within a top-tier biopharmaceutical/pharmaceutical strategy consulting firm serving industry-leading clients and/or relevant experience with advanced analytics, omnichannel measurement, marketing analytics, and/or technology-enabled solutions within pharma and biotech Requirements - Working knowledge of advanced consulting methodologies, tools, and techniques – with focus on leveraging AI, LLMs, and life sciences real-world data - Excellent analytical skills and numeric capability - Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - High attention to detail with superior organizational and time management skills - Strong team player, ability to work with cross-functional staff - Ability to work under the pressure of deadlines and manage multiple projects and priorities Benefits - Competitive salary - Comprehensive health benefits - Opportunities for professional development and growth - Flexible work arrangements Company Description Trinity powers the future of life sciences commercialization through the fusion of human and artificial intelligence. • Provide Epic product function, design, build, and testing expertise and experience for assigned Epic module related to Epic Healthy Planet. • Collaborate with end users to design and build the Epic system in a timely and professional manner and make corrective configuration or enhancements. • Lead medium to large complexity Epic software upgrade initiatives or enhancements to workflows including the design, build, and test phases. • Participate in design and validation sessions and ensure appropriate documentation, follow-up and issue escalation occurs. • Provide technical and/or clinical consultation including application configuration.
