Key Exciting Responsibilities: - Lead the end-to-end management of Sales Compensation Plan documents, policies, and internal processes in collaboration with cross-functional global teams. - Own the monthly commission review and sign-off for critical business units, ensuring robust controls are tested and maintained within the sales compensation software. - Champion sales tool automation to improve efficiency for operations and sales teams, shifting the focus from manual tasks to driving high-value revenue. - Support additional commission related projects such as incentive programs, etc. Qualifications - 3 to 5 years of experience in Sales Operations with a dedicated focus on incentive compensation design in a fast-paced technology environment. - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or an Operational field. - Proven technical mastery in Salesforce and advanced data visualization tools such as Excel, Domo, or Tableau. - Strong analytical and communication skills with a talent for translating complex data into clear, actionable narratives for executive leadership. - Current authorization to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future. Requirements - Experience designing multi-channel direct sales and eCommerce compensation strategies. - A passion for visionary pragmatism—thinking big while building scalable, working processes. - Experience managing change and expectations effectively within a complex matrixed environment.
