• Analyse & Optimise: - Dissect existing workflows or define new ones from first principles; implement data-driven improvements and monitor KPIs to ensure gains are achieved and sustained. • Build the Stack: - Evaluate, implement, and improve the tools and integrations powering the recruiting function - ATS, CRM, scheduling, sourcing - and own the data model and integration layer. • Reporting & Analytics: - Instrument the metrics that matter and build dashboards that give recruiters, hiring managers, and leadership real-time visibility into performance. • Special Programs: - Own the operational design and execution of structured programs, building repeatable infrastructure rather than one-off processes. • AI & Automation: - Actively deploy AI-native tooling across the recruiting workflow; evaluate tools on measurable outcomes, not features.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience owning recruitment operations or a closely adjacent function in a high-growth environment.
  • Working knowledge of ATS platforms at a data-model level.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Basic programming skills (Python, SQL, or similar).
  • Data visualisation/dashboarding skills (Tableau, Looker, PowerBI or similar).
  • Ability to document processes clearly and work in a structured way.
  • Curiosity about fintech, financial markets.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML tools for pattern recognition and/or automation.
