Role Description As a Director, Education to Career, you will lead community-led, cross-sector partnerships that design and activate education-to-career pathways so that young people experience coherent, high-quality academic, postsecondary, and workforce opportunities aligned to local economic development. You will build and convene large teams of community leaders that can mobilize their community to engage on pivotal issues tied to student outcomes and social and economic mobility. Role Description As a Part-time Effectiveness Coach, you will play a critical role in TNTP's teacher development initiatives and academic consulting work.
