Role Description As an Associate on the Talent Acquisition team, you will serve as a proactive partner in hiring and talent operations, helping to drive efficient, equitable, and high-quality recruitment processes. You will collaborate with staff across the organization, anticipate needs, use sound judgment to navigate competing priorities, and help ensure candidates and hiring teams have a strong, well-supported experience throughout the hiring process. - Coordinate multiple, efficient hiring processes for both full and part-time positions, including job postings, interview scheduling and preparation, candidate communications, and data maintenance and reporting on individual searches. - Ensure candidates have a strong experience with TNTP’s hiring process by serving as their main point of contact, quickly responding to questions about TNTP, hiring processes, and expectations. - Develop and deliver clear, timely, and audience-aware communications to regular and contingent TNTP staff. - Support new hires as they transition to onboarding by preparing offer letters, coordinating background checks, requesting technology, and helping complete pre-hire paperwork. - Generate new ideas to improve processes and operations, proactively identifying inefficiencies, risks, and potential bottlenecks. - Collaborate with other staff members to leverage social media, internet sourcing, referral sources, and other tools to identify qualified leads. - Support ongoing knowledge management for your team and broader department. - Contribute to related Talent Acquisition priorities and team projects as needed. Qualifications - 2-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting coordination, human resources, operations, or a related field preferred. - Experience coordinating multiple workflows, projects, or stakeholders in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and follow-through. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders. - Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive or confidential information with discretion and professionalism. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort using HR platforms and collaboration tools such as Teams. - Experience using Workday as an applicant tracking system is preferred, along with familiarity with Asana or similar project management tools. - Experience using technology and AI tools to improve efficiency, communication, and workflow management is a plus.
